This is a nice, third party tested creatine that gets the job done. No frills or claims like "this is the ONLY pure creatine EvAr MaDe."I can tell a difference when I've skipped taking it for a few days, and I've never had any issues with side effects. Mixes well and doesn't have any taste that I can tell. I take it in a cup of decaf coffee every morning.It's normally a good value, but on Prime day it's generally even cheaper. I try to snag one any time I see it on sale.

I just dry scoop it and drink a ton of water. I find it has no taste. It has definitely helped with my endurance during my workouts. It will continue to be a part of my everyday routine!

I can tell the difference of using this product. I was concerned that it wouldn’t taste well but it’s surprisingly good but wayyyy too sweet. I’m a sweet girl so me saying it’s sweet says a lot. I usually just mix it with my tea so I don’t need to sweeten it but even still a bit sweet for my liking. Minus that it works really great, would recommend

I like how cost effective it is and I can feel a difference in my workouts (Olympic lifts). I started by taking one scoop (5g) per day in the morning and have stuck with that. I avoided doing and sort of losing phase…it takes a bit longer I think to build up in your system but there’s no bloating or indigestion, and I’m just trying to stay fit for myself and my family so I’m not in a rush. Big difference/improvement in the pump you get from a workout too. I’m about to order my third bottle - great stuff.
