Purchased these for a better balance of minerals as a supplement. The nice surprise was improved sleep and a noticeable uptick in an overall sense of well-being. Liked this so much I picked up a second bottle. A bit large though. I'm cutting them in half and they aren't bad as a chewable.

I need the iron in here with other active ingredients to stay alive. Take with a flavored beverage as it tastes bitter. Often requires splitting the pill to swallow if my throat is tight, it is more massive than standard capsules.

The capsule has been changed from a round capsule to a solid pill. There is no indication that it has the same nutrient value because there is no explanation on the bottle. I have always used this item in the past with satisfaction.
