I got this as a souvenir for myself and to give away! The bus came dented because it was not packaged well, I tried to push the dent out, it's a little less obvious but not giftable. Big Ben and the Telephone booth are pristine!I love that the tea bags are individually packaged!

I purchased these teas as a gift, so I cannot comment on flavor. I can say however that they arrived in great condition and the tins can be reused, as either future tea bag storage, or other things. They are well made and a novel gift for anyone to have.

Excellent However Not Nice
We purchased the postbox/mailbox and it was so charming, the quality of the tea being wrapped and the taste so superb so we decided to purchase a three pack to complete our collection and share some tea only to have it opened upon delivery and we were not given the bus, instead two telephone. The package says a bus should be included your picture and video shows a bus and yet we were denied. Rather upsetting. Would apprrciate you contact me about this, you do bot seem to be thr kind of company that would do such things. Thank you.

Love the designs! I bought them as part of a farewell gift to a friend. They will remind her how brilliant London is!
Arrived ok, but poor packaging
Nice tins with tea inside, will be gifted. Arrived in a plain envelope without any bubble wrap, both tin boxes came open and could have easily gotten dented. I got lucky, but needs to be packaged better.
