I always seek out supplements with only the basic ingredients needed for a solid product. This is a great option, especially with the coconut oil! It has been easy on my body, there is no weird taste and the pills are easy to swallow. I’ll be continuing to purchase these throughout the year.

I have tried 3 other Vitamin D products but the cellulose in them upset my stomach. So far this product works. Only reason I didn’t rate it as a 5 cuz you cannot chew the capsule as manufacturers website states. Tried it, taste fine but gelatin doesn’t break down enough to chew. Have to swallow that part.
