Perfect size and perfect height. I’ve been known to knock over tall glasses so I’ve been looking for some beautiful martini glasses with short stems and these are just perfect and elegant.

These are simply spectacular. Elegant, nicely weighted,perfect size. Stems are delicate so will handle with care. Came very well packaged, arrived safely just be careful removing from carton. Yes, pricey but wonderful gift from me to me!!

I ordered two sets of these. While they are very beautiful, it’s important to mention that the walls of the cup are VERY thin. I was worried I’d chip them. So as long as you’re careful with them, I’m sure you’ll be fine. But these are definitely not for everyday use!

This glass is beautiful but I do find it extremely fragile. I broke one and had to order two more because of it. I will be more careful in the future. Once again though, it is beautiful.

I bought this set form Macy's which they no longer carry so I wanted to warn people about these extremely poorly made and fragile martini glasses by Waterford where they are now currently being sold.Here's what happened:I poured an ice cold shaken martini into one of my two room temperature Waterford martini glasses which caused the glass to cracked and then brake apart. It broke into a perfect circle at a about 1/4 - 1/2 inch from the top of the rim of the martini glass right exactly where the top of the cold liquid was resting in the glass. It looked as if someone took a glass cutter and cut a 1/4 - 1/2 inch perfect circle around the entire circumference of the top of the martini glass. The perfectly circular piece then fell onto my counter around the stem of the glass. If you were to look at the martini glass after the piece fell off you could not tell that the rim of the glass was broken. Again, it looked as if someone took a glass cutter to the rim to cut this piece off of it.

I received the Waterford martini glasses today and they are lovely. But, they are so well packaged that I thought that I would break one before I got it out of the box. I was afraid to tangle with the other one. Also, the description is incorrect. I used a 1-1/2 ounce jigger to take the measurement. Each glass does not hold 11.2 ounces as stated. One glass can only hold five (5) 1-1/2 ounces without spillage. However, that is perfect for a "double" martini -- especially the one that I am having right now waiting for Santa Claus.

I was looking for a smaller Martini glass but when I saw these I loved the look. They hold around 10+ ounces and are very elegant looking as their name implies. They are also Waterford which is a plus.
