5.0 out of 5 stars Update... WTF to WOW again 🤩
The one box from the previous update was a fluke. This cookie is back and as fantastic as ever.At my son’s house a couple of weeks ago ate Thin Mint Girl Scout cookies. This for me are my preferred treat.A few reasons besides availability. I prefer the crispness of these over GSC’s. Taste better. Ingredient comparison these are made with superior flavors and ingredients. My pallet is trained by eating well and staying away from products like enriched flour. Basically bleached flour. If you wanna know why it’s easy to read about a few reasons if you research GSC ingredients from Melmagazine. My problem with the cookies is I have no shame freezing and consuming the entire box. This leads me to limit how many boxes I buy on Sub and Save via Bolo.Highly recommend a monthly subscription for incredible savings. Though, set limits. The box won’t last. Plan for this. Please 🥰⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯/\updateI buy these once a month on subscribe and save. It's like Girl Scout cookie day twelve times a year. Or so I thought.Second month doing this and...See the picture of my second order delivery ... (photo with box date deleted since no longer needed)Just shy of two months out of ‘best by’ date. It’s October 5th today.BB is Aug26th5⭐️ to Zero. Bolo requires a star to rate. Forced to add ⭐️ for this reviewEither no one likes these or not enough people buy them or why else would the best buy date be almost two months ago?For anyone who doesn't know, best by simply means the flavor or product loses its pizzazz and nutritional value (not that I am buying these for my daily vitamins :) decline and optimal freshness is likely not gonna be as robust. This is my interpretation. This said, if I buy something expect the BB date to be beyond the drop-off date.I'm so picky about what I eat for a special snack. It's like a delight to enjoy something other than my regular impactful nutrition. The Girl Scouts would not allow this to happen through these are plant-based mint goodness ingredients and I like the company vision. Plus, I'm doing what I can to be thoughtful of my body and lifestyle.I give the GS money and don't take the cookies anymore and thought these would be a fun treat with similar flavor minus the crap ingredients...Girl Scouts Thin Mints made by ABC Bakers contain Vegetable Oil Shortening (palm and palm kernel oils), High Fructose Corn Syrup, Caramel Color, Natural Flavor and Artificial Flavor. These cookies contain two ingredients which are banned at Whole Foods. (Source for banned ingredients: Whole Foods Web site 6/21)I'm gonna give these one more try for next month's subscribe and save the order. They're so delightful I’m willing to risk another attempt. The star situation is about the problem of out of date cookies NOT how much I really like these cookies very much------/\ updateFor a treat monthly sub and save delivered my first box the other day.Put in the freezer and hopeful for a similar to Girl Scout cookie treat.Wow. And, yes these are on the monthly sub and save order now.I wouldn’t recommend buying these if you are afraid of eating too many. You will 😁Or, limit to a monthly or bi-monthly order. The ingredients qualities and company are a plus, as well.Very happy I tried these. I usually bake treats once in a while. Don’t buy for the house. But enjoy treats like ice cream out and about. This helps me control how much I allow myself to eat.One box a month is quite perfect for me. I’m so excited to find these and have them to also use in other recipes.I’m thinking crush and use in brownies. Or, as the crust of a cheesecake. Topping on a special cake or cupcakes I make for others. Whatever the case maybe the ideas are endless. How about chunk and add to home made vanilla ice cream OR buy some and add this to the top or soften and mix then refresh. Like homemade Ben and Jerry’s.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯
5.0 out of 5 stars Tastes better than thin mints!
Cant even tell this is plant based. Taste good with a nice fudge/mint flavor, better than anything I can find in the store (without the corn syrup too)
5.0 out of 5 stars Obsessed
These cookies are so good they taste identical to thin mints in my opinion! I order these often because they are cheaper than getting them from the store! Highly recommend
4.0 out of 5 stars A LOVELY CHOCOLATE MINTY COOKIE
These cookies had a nice texture and a thin coating of chocolate and a well-balanced minty chocolate combination flavor. Each cookie had its own slot so that the outer chocolate coating does not stick together. I've bought it twice now
5.0 out of 5 stars Crisp, satisfying
doesn't leave you feeling like you ate a bunch of junk
5.0 out of 5 stars Delicious Vegan Alternative to Girl Scout Favorite Thin Mints
I absolutely love Back to Nature Fudge Mint Cookies! They are a fantastic vegan substitute for Girl Scout Thin Mints. The chocolate is rich and satisfying, while the mint flavor is refreshing without being overwhelming. The texture is perfect—crispy yet melts in your mouth. I appreciate that they’re made with quality ingredients, making them a guilt-free treat. If you’re a fan of mint chocolate cookies, these are a must-try.

TASTY!
5.0 out of 5 stars Better than the iconic girl-scout cookies!
Back to Nature Fudge Mint Cookies have managed to surpass the iconic Girl Scout mint cookies in my book. The rich chocolate flavor combined with the cool mint filling creates a decadent experience that is simply irresistible. What sets these cookies apart is their commitment to wholesome ingredients. Knowing that Back to Nature prioritizes natural flavors and avoids artificial additives gives me confidence in the quality of the product. The cookies manage to deliver on taste without compromising on the integrity of the ingredients.Texture-wise, these cookies strike the perfect balance between crunchy and satisfyingly chewy. Each bite is a delightful blend of cocoa goodness and refreshing mint, making them a go-to treat for satisfying sweet cravings.Additionally, the fact that I can enjoy the indulgence of Fudge Mint Cookies year-round is a game-changer. The availability means I don't have to wait for a specific season to savor these delightful treats. Back to Nature has truly crafted a cookie that rivals and, in my opinion, surpasses the classic Girl Scout mint cookies in both taste and accessibility. Highly recommended for cookie enthusiasts seeking a year-round delight!
Ok.. wow. My spirit snack.
I first saw these on Natura Market and then found them on Bolo. I love mint. I love chocolate. These cookies are dice. They’re delicious. And for $8.99 you get a pretty good amount. Very happy.
