We have enjoyed these kind bars for several years. The taste is great, they are filling, and there is a satisfactory amount of protein included. We will no longer buy them as the recent multi dollar price jump makes them not worth it, and there are alternatives.

Senior citizens might have a hard time eating this because it's so crunchy and chewy with the almonds and the coconut. It's very good tasting, just a little hard to chew. Especially if you have some dentures. Good size, wonderful taste. Filled me up at lunch.
