i nanny and yesterday morning the three year old i watch got a bump on his forehead the size of my thumb, ice helped lower the swelling about half way but i rubbed this on his boo boo about three times a day for the past two days and the bump is hardly noticeable. my best girlfriend popped a pimple above her lip, i let her borrow this for two or three days and told her to rub it on twice a day, when i started having ointment withdrawls three days later there wasnt even a red mark above her lip where the open pimple had been. when i wash my face before bed i put a coating on and my skin has never been better. after doing a little research i started putting it on my lips, it healed cracks in the corners of my mouth completely in less than 36 hours, and had them feeling silky smooth the whole time. if you arent familiar with tea tree the scent can be a bit overwhelming but the jojoba oil and lavender helps minimize it. it works just like vicks vapor rub too. if i blow my nose too much i put it on the inside of my nostrils. i love this stuff and after using half of my first jar i think ill be a customer for life. id recommend getting the 2oz jar because it is a bit misleading in its size. the ointment is also great for ingrown hairs anywhere on the body, and makes my armpits silky soft and beautiful looking after i shave hehe

I got Athlete's Foot several years ago when an ex boyfriend of mine dragged me to his gym after my birthday dinner (so I was dressed nicely not ready to sweat in a sauna at a gym without any personal shoes/gym clothes/towels etc). For my birthday. On and off I've had to use lotrimin/tinactin etc to "cure" the athlete's foot. That's a lot of anti fungal pharmaceutical medicine for my liver and kidneys to process, so I switched to tea tree oil ointment. This does a *better* job than those sprays/powders/creams of the pharmaceutical companies, it lasts longer, and it's natural. I couldn't be happier. And I'm also happier without that d*bag that dragged me to the gym, (did I mention it was MY birthday?), who laughed when he heard I got the AF and said, "ha ha now every time you get athlete's foot you'll think of me." He was right but I don't think this is what he meant. Don't be a d*bag, to others or to your kidneys and liver.PS I also slap this on any scrapes/burns/hives, really any skin issue (except for on my face), and it's a real multipurpose miracle ointment. I highly recommend it, as well as Desert Essence tea tree oil and cleansing bar. I've tried other tea tree oil brands and kept coming back to this one, available here and/or at Tr8r J0e.

I love this stuff, I have been using it for months now and it's great for after waxing or epilating. It does have a strong tea tree oil smell when you first put it on but it fades away soon after. And it's a small container but a little goes a long way with this item. You really don't want to put too much on during the day because it is not absorbed easily or as fast and it leaves your face looking shiny (i use it instead of moisturizer twice a week on my face before going to bed). When used after waxing or epilating I use a very small amount, just enough for one pass on the treated area and i then wait for it to absorb (about a minute or so) before putting on my sunscreen or lotion. It really is a good product but I strongly suggest doing a small skin test before putting it on a larger area. I use many Desert Essence products and I tried to use the Desert Essence Day Cream but something about it made my face react strongly against it and had to wash it off. I ended up giving it to my sister who had no problems. So, if this is your first time buying please make sure to test it first! Good luck =)

I had the feeling that it would work for me, otherwise I wouldn't have taken the chance with the price as it is, but was not expecting how well it worked. A few days of applying to my winter cracked heels and hands and they're already smoothing out, so I'm pleased with that.I don't know what I thought that it would smell like. Lavender oil was listed as an ingredient so I was imagining something similar to my incense or air fresheners, but the scent is actually like a weaker Vick's scent. Reminds me of menthol, but not as powerful. It's not unpleasant to me, but it's definitely an ointment smell, which is why I just wear it to bed.I bought the two pack, so I believe I'm well stocked for now, but despite my misgivings with spending so much on such small containers, I would buy this again if necessary.

I have severe candida overgrowth that no ER doctor near me seems to understand and its been impossible to get any treatment. So after over 2 years and numerous ER visits I've given up on doctors and do my own research to attempt to help myself get well. Tea Tree is a major fungus killer. I had breakouts from head to toe,nail infections, athletes foot....you name ut and i have it. This stuff by all means has not been a overall cure per say but its helped my skin heal incredibley!

Whenever I have a rash or other skin irritation, I immediately reach for this. It really helps to clear up my skin and stop the itchiness. I have have purchased this product multiple times and will continue to do so. A little goes a long way too! This is a great value for the money and it works!

Tea Tree oil is good for treating fungus disorders of the skin. I shave my head and used to have scaly scalp. I use a bit of this on my head an hour or two before a shower and it smooth the scalp and eliminates the rough dandruff like dry scalp. I also recommend the soap which is very effective for jock itch and irritation for those of you who are more active and into sports. I found it more useful than antibacterial soaps that dry the skin. Use this product moderately. A little dab will do ya!

In my years of buying on Bolo I’ve only ever added one other item as a monthly subscription. Now that I’ve tried this, I know I don’t ever want to be without it. I tend to develop folliculitis and ingrown hairs when I exercise. Especially in the summer. I wash with tea teee soap and now I apply this as an anti chafing and natural anti microbial and it’s amazing. My skin has been smooth and no new bumps have developed. I’ve also used it on minor cuts or skin irritations and it’s lovely.
