I am a professional cleaner. I have a basic multi purpose organic cleaner, which has no scent. I add several drops of the Respir Aid to leave a clean, fresh aroma behind. I also have early COPD, and I love the fact that it’s gentler for me to breathe. I will buy it again and again!

I am a mother with asthma, and have a toddler son with asthma. I honestly thought all this essential oil stuff was a bunch of nonsense. I scoffed at my friends who got in to the "craze". Then, my baby boy started having problems breathing at night that even our pulmonologist recommendations couldn't get under control. At this point, I would try anything. If I could have found a shaman or medicine man, I would have even taken that route. So, I did a little googling, found Plant Therapy brand to be very highly rated, even above YoungLiving. I bought the Respir-Aid and the Germ-Fighter for Kids (because of course, at the same time, a stomach bug was going around daycare) and a diffuser. My order arrived two days later thanks to Bolo Prime. I had everything out of the box and set up in under two minutes. Then, here is the amazing part: after about 30 minutes of diffusing the Respir-Aid (I used 5 drops to 100 ml of tap water), I could tell a difference in my breathing. I felt more "open". I checked my son's lungs with a stethoscope and could hear less "gunk" rattling around. By the end of the night, we were both much much better. The constant night coughing stopped, and we have had far less asthma incidents since diffusing essential oils. Oh, and we didnt get the stomach bug. Was it because I diffused the Germ-Fighter for Kids during the day? Possibly, however, I don't have enough scientific proof to back that up. Am I a convert to the power of essential oils? Lets just say my wish list is now FULL of them, and I have Respir-Aid on reorder.

I put this in a diffuser by my head on a bedstand. Along with the moisture, I think it helps me breathe at night, which, in turn, helps me sleep.
