I have an induction stovetop and this pot works perfectly with it. It heats up quickly and boils water fast. The only thing worth considering is that it’s fairly heavy, but maybe that’s why it works so well. It is well worth what I paid for it.

I am tired of supporting the Chinese economy! This pan is made in Brazil. Excellent cooking ability and heavyweight. My daughter is looking forward to it being a heirloom! Really though, she can't wait and is buying her own after seeing it. We have other pots and pans from the company. All are easy to clean and give good results when using them to cook! I trust them!

So happy to find….made in Italy. The handle stays cool. So far, clean-up has been super easy. Quite heavy, can be hard to tilt with one hand. I almost wish they’d made the handle shorter and fatter to get some leverage. It’s long and thin and too round which makes tilting somewhat of a challenge. I took one star away because I find the pan dangerous to tilt…the handle tends to roll in my hand. I have fairly strong, athletic hands…I wouldn’t recommend for those with weaker hands and arms. I expect this to last 20 years easily. The lid is a little light, but I’ve had no trouble trapping the steam when making rice. I’m glad I made the investment in this pot. 3 qts was the perfect size up from a little saucepan. It’s the perfect size to cook and stir large portions for 1 or 2 people, or for cooking down leafy vegetables. It’s not too big for a small batch of rice. And, it’s a good size for a large portion of oatmeal so that it doesn’t boil over.

My current 3 qt pots also work on my induction stove, so I really didn't need another 3qt pot. I considered returning it, but I liked it so much, that I decided to keep it. Never can have too many pots and pans. Nice weight to the pot, not too heavy, yet doesn't appear to be cheaply made. Would recommend

I knew that I needed a pan for an induction cooktop that will be good for everything from boiling eggs to making rice. That was the starting point of my research. This is so well designed it makes me smile. The handle stays cool enough to touch. It is balanced well, so the pan is easy to pick up and maneuver. It cleans up very easily. It looks really nice. I have used this several times and have absolutely no regrets. I expect this to last for several years.
