This hands down is one of the best for toothaches. I believe the liquid is much more powerful than the gels. It’s able to get down into the gums and tooth. Love the convenience of it being a kit, plastic case. The applicators are handy, & feel more hygienic. Much harder for my to loose. I didn’t have any issues with stickiness, and the liquid isn’t super thin or runny it’s got the right thickness to easily apply. I didn’t have an awful taste either, I mean it’s going to have some medication like taste. But nothing that made me want to gag. I will say, I tried to be careful enough not to end up numbing my tongue and whole right side of my mouth but it’s pretty powerful so even the slightest run off from where I applied it had spread. Not a huge deal I’d rather have that happen than no relief at all. I say it’s better than other name brands. A little goes a long way, the vile like jar is small but you only need one dip with the applicator. I applied around 1pm it’s now 5pm and I just now feel a little discomfort again. I also recommend to pair this with IBUPROFEN. It’s the better option for toothaches because it’s an anti-inflammatory.

I suffer from canker sores and this saves you from having so much pain. It’s easy to put on, sticks to your mouth. The patches have no taste, slim, great price and works at least for a few hours to eat or talk.

I expected these to adhere a little better but once your mouth is dry as the Sahara they sick decent and stay put for around 4 hours.

My kid had a canker sore that was huge and wasn't healing, it was so painful watching him try to eat. He couldn't eat anything and was in so much pain. Any touch to the canker sore caused him immense pain, so I decided to give the patch a try. And just wow, it worked so well. He could finally eat without feeling pain. I wish it lasted longer but nevertheless, it worked for a bit and he got relieve for a few hours. In those few hours , it gave the sore a chance to heal. It is important to note that the sore will hurt while trying to put it on and the area must be completely dry for it to hold longer. Also I alternate with anbesol ( my son is 7 years old ) to help with the healing at night. And use the patch in the day, especially during eating . Thank you.

I love how it comes in a little cute box like a kit and it is all just such an ingenious design for each piece. I can’t stand the taste of oral/tooth pain relievers and try so hard to only get it on the part of my tooth I need it on to avoid tasting it or it numbing anywhere else. Never possible till I got this thing. It’s just soo cleverly designed, well made, not cheap and flimsy, great price, comes with so many of the little dabbers, I could go on and on. The pain relief is instant and long lasting. Taste is least gag inducing than any other oral pain reliever out there. Buy it! You won’t regret it!

This reminds me of a pimple patch, but for a canker sore. I found that it would only stay stuck for about an hour. It is thin, and doesn’t make your mouth look more swollen, but I think I’ll stick with the patches that are bulkier and stay put for several hours, even after eating and drinking. Won’t purchase again.

The media could not be loaded. So easy to use and works quickly!! Plus, it is clean and you never have to touch your fingers to your gums! Once applied to the area where there is pain, it will get numb within a few minutes. This should only be used temporarily, and works great for emergency purposes! It comes with 50 disposable applicators, 1 easy to apply handle, and 1 bottle of liquid benzocaine, so it lasts a really long time unless you go through the applicators really fast. It also works great to help with cold sore pain!It says it has a fresh mint taste, but it isnt great. It's a good value for the money and great to have in your medicine cabinet for use when your in need!!! It does expire after about a year.

Way better than orajel
Broke a wisdom tooth a week ago, had a tube of orajel that just wasn't cutting it. Decided to give this a shot just to get me by while I was waiting for a dentist appointment to have it pulled. I gotta say this stuff is waaay stronger and the applicator is extremely convenient. This stuff is my new go to for toothaches from now on, it's the real deal.
