We’re using this for our golden doodle puppy and it’s been great. Solid connection with amazing range (down the block!), good audio quality and battery life, durable, and well designed. Honestly, not sure I’d change a thing. It’s also reasonably priced! If you need a monitor for your kid - whether furry or human - this is a great choice.

This product is a great price and does the job. As much as I like to see my twins on a minute, when we travel to the cabin, this sound Monitor is perfect. We can be on the deck about 50ft from my babies room and hear them great if they wake up! Light weight, not bulky great size. Quality sound (picks up on the white noise machine as well) and easy to travel with!

Monitor was a good price, works well, good sound quality. No complaints about anything other than the insanely annoying "V-Tech cares about your baby's safety" announcement that plays loudly every single time the receiver is turned on. There is no way I've found to disable, mute, or even lower the volume on this announcement.

I got these after my son was born so I could hear him when he is in the bassinet. These were a great price and the product is great. Simple and I can plug it up anywhere as long as there is an electrical outlet. The other piece has a good reach distance.amd I can keep it in my pocket to take around the house with me. You do need to keep it charged often tho.

I bought this baby monitor because I cannot hear when my washer and dryer are done in the basement. It works great! I have it plugged in and sitting on the utility sink and the "parent" unit is next to my couch. I thought the distance between my laundry room in the basement and my living room upstairs might not work, but I can hear everything perfectly!

We decided to use a Google Nest cam as a baby monitor. Although we liked that this gives us long-term use, the Google Nest cam isn’t an ideal baby monitor — the live camera times out and a device needs to stay on all night.We bought this monitor to be able to hear our daughter in her room then use the Google Nest to check the video once we hear a noise. It’s a perfect set up!With the audio monitor, the audio is very clear, can be turned up very loud, has a wide range and is cybersecure. I appreciate it has a wall outlet option so we don’t have to constantly replace batteries. Although I haven’t used the rechargeable battery, appreciate this option.Great purchase!
3.0 out of 5 stars Minimal Volume on Parental Unit
Bought for off-label use. I use a large portable generator for all to frequent power outages and have a power on detector that generates an alarm when power is restored, however the Electric Panel is in the basement and the alarm is not audible if on the upper level and there noise from TVs or HVAC. The Baby Monitor does transmit the alarm to the Parental unit for all portions of the house. The criticism I have is that the volume on the Parental unit adjusted to Max is not very loud. I doubt that it would wake me from a sound sleep. Also the belt clip for the Parental unit does not open enough to slip over a thick belt and there is no charge level indicator, just a light that comes one when attached to the charger. Design flaws that should be addressed.

This is my second baby. I reused the more expensive baby monitor that had a camera with this baby when he is in his nursery.I was looking for a back up monitor that I could use around home or travel with easily that did not need to be mounted.Pros: this is fairly affordable and has decent sound detection and quality. The quality of sound and detection of sound is just as good as my more expensive monitor. I also like that it is not one ment to be mounted anywhere making it pretty portable. I also like that the parent unit is rechargeable.I also like the communication range between the units. It's by far one of the longest ranges offered without being price gouged.Cons: I didn't realize that the baby unit had to stay plugged into the wall to be usable. I initially thought both units were wireless and rechargeable. This makes it slightly less portable that anticipated as you have to have the monitor close enough to baby but also near and outlet.The cord is decent length but still a pain as your little one may not always fall asleep or be close enough to an outlet.

Its its very realiable
After we got this monitor, we have gained our freedom to work in our terrace office, when our kids sleep at night. It has a good range and is very reliable. It it very easy to use too. But For battery use, it doesnt last long. The only thing is make sure you turn it off when not in use, otherwise people can hear unwanted conversations. 😅

リビングにあるオートロック対応モニタ付きインターホンの音が寝室にいると聞こえづらく、宅配便等が来ても気づかないことが多かったため購入。本体は大きいかと思ったら手のひらサイズでちょうどよいです！集音の感度もとても良く、ベビー用モニターはリビングと寝室の中間地点である洗面所にフックで吊るし、寝室に親用モニターを置いてますが、ドアを閉じていてもインターホンの音がきちんと聞こえました、文句なしに最高！使わない時は電源OFFにしています。海外製だったので日本国内(A-type,100V,東日本50Hz)で使えるか心配でしたが、そのまま使えます！・付属電源アダプターはA-type（2ピン） →日本のアウトレットにもサイズぴったり合いました。・電源アダプター：INPUT 100V-120V-60Hz対応 →東日本は50Hzですが、ラジオ・テレビ等の電気製品の場合は60Hz製品をそのまま使ってOKです。 （東京電力TEPCOサイトで確認）親用モニターは充電式リチウム電池が付属しておりワイヤレス対応ですが、置くことが多ければ電源アダプター接続をおすすめします。（ちなみに付属のリチウム電池は日本のコードレスフォンに使われているものと形が一緒でした）ベビー用モニターは電池対応していません、付属アダプターのみ可能です。最後に、日本国内への発送に慣れているshopLA!さんを信頼してこの商品を買ってよかったです、いつも丁寧に対応してくださってありがとうございます！
