I was struggling with urinary incontinence. Nothing was removing the smell before work. I found this after searching a suggestion on a forum and took a chance it would work. It did! It's worth every penny. Not only does it cover the smell but it leaves me feeling clean. Works great with adult wipes or spraying directly on skin

I have severe urinary incontinence, and this is essential for somebody who has to wear adult diapers. It completely takes away the odor and helps with any kind of uncomfortable feeling you may have and does not irritate the skin definitely affordable it all the time.

O.k. so I wasn't a fan of it being a spray for this type of product, because I was using it on myself.It's hard to spray and reach...especially requiring numerous pumps. The liquid product itself was quite good/did what it was supposed to. SO, I transferred it into one of those turn to foam pump bottles & now it's GREAT. So, manufacturers, are you listening? Keep the formula...switch your packaging.

I find McKesson products to be quite good and priced fairly. In reading prior reviews of this product it seems as though many people complain about the pump being either broken or not working properly. I have found nothing wrong with the pump. The spray is very fine so always make sure the bottom end of the pump straw is submerged in the liquid or it will not pump out. This "problem" is easily resolved by holding the bottle upright and spraying onto toilet tissue to cleanse. If desired, product can easily be transferred to a sprayer bottle with a heavier spray allowing the release of more liquid per spray. The cleanser has a light, pleasant scent and dries without any stickiness.

Mild clean fragrance but the spray pump is very difficult to dispense product. I can’t deal with a spray that takes both hands to use.
