I’ve ordered this product twice now. I do a wide array of workouts from weights to running to multi-functional. I’ve taken aminos from different companies for a long time but started to finally really research & felt much safer taking Thorne. The flavor isn’t the best if you add too much water. I’ve always added around 20oz to my intra-workout aminos with no problem but this one will get watered down. I adjusted and it’s been good. I’m also used to awful tasting soups and just powering through worse and this flavor is better than stuff I took up till the last few years. Newer people to using supplements might not like the flavor at all but trust me all workout supplements used to be awful. My recovery & muscle growth/lift gains have remained the same to the other products I’ve used with more mystery ingredients so there was no drop off there. I’m okay with taking a step back on taste and variety rather than putting mystery crap in my body from lesser regulated big companies. Product quality wins this for me & I’ve heard from multiple non-Thorne associated experts that vouched for Thrones testing.

After using Kion we've since tried Thorne and VitaMonk. The Mrs and I like both. I prefer Thorne and she prefer's VitaMonk. As both are $10-15 dollars cheaper per month than Kion...we subscribe and save to both.Flavor is excellent. Good job lightening the sweet a bit v Kion yet still perfectly covering the amino taste no one wants.The amino levels are very good. I'd prefer a bit more Leucine but at least the 3 top EAAs, leucine, lysine, and Isoleucine are not kept somewhat 'proprietary.'Excellent product.

As a bit of a caffeine junkie, I don’t notice a significant energy boost from this, but I think that’s more personal to my experience. Where I notice a significant change in my weekly workout routine is in recovery time. I’ve been using this for maybe a month now and I’ve yet to wake up and feel like I need a rest day. And I have a 1 month old baby. I’m going to order their training bundle that includes creatine and beta-alanine and see if I can get off caffeine. For reference I workout an hour a day doing about 80% weight training and 20% cardio, and I surf 2-3 times a week for 2 hours at a time. The flavor isn’t delicious, but I’d rather have the flavor be a little mediocre and ditch the sugar and artificial flavors. I’ve had much worse tasting BCAAs though. I wish I could order a larger container of this, rather than subscribe. If I could get 400 g or 600 g I’d love that.

Product is good and is a bit tart as I have read from other reviews which I actually enjoy to some level. My concern is the number of reviews that write "poor seal" and show pictures similar to mine. I did not find issues with the seal but it still was affected by moisture in some way which makes me assume it has something to do with the facility that its packaged in. Overall, I enjoy the product but for the amount that I spent for this, I would hope the quality would be perfect. Will most likely not purchase again.

I like the berry flavor much better than the citris lemon version. It’s enjoyable to drink just with water but also easy to add to my smoothies. I noticed since adding this to my daily routine my mood is much more stable. I was recommended to take this by my doctor and I think it’s had a good impact on my health. I would definitely recommend

Like other reviewers have said, this stuff tastes bad. But as a life-long drinker of straight liquor, I've had worse in my baby bottle.If it works, I don't mind the bad taste.
1.0 out of 5 stars Second and third purchase was a disaster, fermented, and discolored.
The first time I purchased this product I had no issues and it worked well. I typically trust Thorne for quality control but the second time I purchased this product, it was almost black in color and rotten. I immediately returned the product and bought another thinking it was a fluke, but the third product was not any better.BE VERY CAREFUL… the product should be a solid pink color without and discoloration or clumsiness.
