This was a cute Halloween costume. I received lots of compliments. Most importantly, the shipment came without the 'I <heart> Insurance' button. I sent a note to the company informing them. I did not expect a refund and was not looking to return the item. They sent a button 2-day shipment so I could have it for my Halloween costume night. Customer service does not get any better than that!

Best costume I've worn, and I dress up every year. The wig is kinda weird at first, but I took it out several days in advance to let it fluff out and style it. Also, lots of Bobbie pins.

This is fun costume. It was inexpensive and funny. Not uncomfortable. I used this costume at a Halloween party. My lady friend went as mayhem from Allstate. Fun times. If you like Flo, or insurance in general, this is classic. :)
