I have used porter cable pancake compressors for years, but when my last one went out I decided to upgrade to this one. It seems marginally quieter.I like the ease of the pressure regulating as you just have to twist the dial to the setting, but wish it had an actual physical gauge on the outlet.This compressor has been tossed around for a couple months now and been left out in the rain plenty. No problems, seems like it will hold up.These type of compressors are good for nail guns and such, not impact guns. They will keep us with a framing gun but will require a little patience on sheeting.

The media could not be loaded. I bought one of those small “SUPER INFLATERS” that runs on batteries. It doesn’t work on motor homes, each tire drains the battery and takes hours to charge. Good for bikes I guess. So this time I bought a real compressor and it filled the 19.5” tires fast and easy to 90# . Dewalt is a American company and makes this compressor in the USA. The motor keeps the tank filled to 160# so it will even work with basic air tools and only takes a few minutes to fill my big tires. I bought this from the Bolo return center and saved a lot of money and it looks like it wasn’t ever even tried, looks brand new and in original packaging. It’s big and about 30# so maybe it was just bigger than the original buyer wanted. Thank you! A man sized tool for a man sized job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I received the compressor, plugged it in and tried it our. Worked perfectly. I really liked having 2 outlets and the pressure regulator. Seems to be a well thought and executed product.

Really is a bummer when you receive an expensive and large item used. Definitely wasn’t gonna box it back up and ship it back if it works just fine, which it does. Carbon footprint, planet earth, that whole thing. Just choke on it and keep it because the product itself was just fine. Minus one star for it being used, and it would be minus two stars if I didn’t think it was that good.I’ve had it almost a month and it’s a great compressor. It’s for home use in my garage, amateur DIY stuff, light duty but I do use my compressor at least once or twice a week. I leave it on 24/7 and it doesn’t leak. My last compressor leaked in a place that couldn’t be repaired so I couldn’t leave it on. Always wanted a compressor I could leave on so when my last one sparked and sizzled and breathed it’s burnt electrical smell of death into my garage, I ain’t gonna lie, I did a little happy dance. It was not a Dewalt but I do have the Dewalt hose reel that has been patiently waiting for a matching Dewalt compressor. It’s way quieter than my last compressor and the tank fills up faster. Last one was same size tank. This is only the second compressor I ever owned so don’t have much to compare it to other than my last one. Hopefully won’t ever have to buy another one. If I do, I’ll make sure I update my review.

Works like it should but it's BIG! I have a tire I need to inflate weekly as it has a slow leak and this thing is huge to lug out! Unless you need to use a compressor for work (i.e. nail air gun), I'd get something smaller. However, this isn't the products fault but mine. Overall it works fine and does what it should reliably.

Nice little pancake air compressor. Higher psi than my 240 volt shop compressor. Fills quickly and nice cfm. Two outlets is handy. Still up to pressure after a week of sitting. Only with is that there was a gauge on the outlet pressure, can't always trust the dial adjustment indicator.
Great value.
Fills faster and runs quieter than my 2 gal compressor. Far more unit than I need for jobs around the house, but the price was better than many of the smaller options.
