I have never used Jaggery before, so for me the taste is quite unusual. The time from ordering to receiving the shipment was very short. I believed I received it before the first approximate delivery date. I only gave 4 stars because I just don't love the flavor, but it is perfect for my uses, and the shipping time was great.

Great for Baking
This has a lovely rich fudgey flavour for baking cookies, brownies, and loaf cakes. Much betterthan regular brown sugar.
No to the cubes, yes to the powder
The cubes take forever to melt and then they sort of float around in your drink -- which I didn't like.
