I bought these because they were the most reasonably priced on Bolo at the time my other brand, Nature Made, ran out. Nature Made is !400 mg, whereas Best Naturals is 1000 mg, but I wasn’t willing to pay the extra cost for Nature Made since research told me that 1000 mg was sufficient and that too much flaxseed oil can cause other stomach problems, such as constipation, bleeding disorders and allergic reactions. How good is this stuff, like most supplements how can you tell for sure? Let’s just say it’s cheaper than Nature Made and I can’t tell the difference between the two brands.

This product's recommended dosage is only 1/3 of the former brand I used, and the capsules are smaller in size, so much able to swallow. Also better, or less offensive, aftertaste! Good for general wellness, especially in the omega-3, 6 and 9 benefits!\

I switched to flaxseed oil because I could not tolerate fish oil and I needed to take something to help keep my overall cholesterol down. I find these work quite well and have definitely helped in that catagory. I would recommend these to anyone who needs something and can't or doesn't want to take fish oil.

I’m allergic to them, but hubby says they are good.
I started taking these on my GP’s advice as I have arthritis. I have an mild allergy to fish products and so Flaxseed oil seemed like a good solution.After taking these for a couple of days I developed a persistent headache, joint pains, and nausea.GP got me to stop taking them for a week and all symptoms went away.Back on them - symptoms returned.It seems that I have an allergy to these also.Hubby now takes them with no issues, so it seems the capsules are ok - it’s just me.
Not Vegan!!!!
These came up as a sponsored result, meaning they are specifically bidding on those terms, when I searched on Bolo for 'vegan flaxseed oil' so you would have thought they would be vegan. As they are specifically paying to appear on those search terms.However they are made with gelatin capsules and so are not vegan. I found out only after opening them as well. So that's £15 in the bin.Misleading advertising to say the least. I can understand not labelling most products as vegan. But when that product is something that is very popular with vegans specifically as an animal product (fish oil) alternative I do think they should make the labelling far clearer.
