I had my hesitations about this tape. Having played lacrosse in high school and some club league play in college, I had experience taping my ankles when I had some pain in my heel. When the longer distances started to stress my heel again to the point that it was uncomfortable to walk, I taped them up, but was still walking carefully to avoid any pain. I had been given a sample of Rocktape from one of my favorite monthly subscription services (Stridebox) and decided to give it a try. After watching a short video on their website to determine how to apply the tape for the issue I was having, I was able to get it on and within minutes felt relief. I purchased a few rolls to keep around the house and only use it when I am having an issue (I don't want to rely on it), but I have found this to be an excellent product that is worth using for muscle soreness and strains.The one complaint I have, minor as I am still reviewing this with five stars, is that I am swim as part of my training. They claim that this will stay adhered even with being submerged in water. I have found that it is not always the case. For prolonged swims, this falls off pretty quickly.

I have tendonitis in my wrist from 20 years of cutting hair so I have tried several different brands of kt tape. This H20 extra sticky sounded perfect. While it's very good and works as far as pain relief, the adhesive isn't going to last more than 2 days. I only docked it one star because I hoped it wouldn't lift, but I know asking a tape to last through multiple shampoos is a lot. It very well might last several days on a different part of the body but just know that if it's a wrist or gets wet several times, it will start lifting on the edges. I am going to stick with this tape though because even with the small lifting it is stronger than anything else I've used.

My son is an athlete and we had been using another brand of kinesiology tape for supporting his knee pain. The only problem is the other brands would peel off immediately once he starts to sweat in a game, even though the tapes are supposed to last 2-3 days or more. Our chiropractor recommend Rock Tape and then we found the extra sticky version, which is amazing! It really does the job and regardless of how much activity, sweating or showers, it stays in place for a minimum of 3 days. While this brand may be a little more expensive than the store brands, it will save you money in the long run as you won't have to replace it as often. I do wish they offered it in skin toned colors, but that is not enough of a con to rate it less than 5 stars. I will continue to purchase this product in the future.

May use this tape all the time. I’ve switched to others, and they don’t stick as much. At least the types I have found. My knees are taped, most days to exercise and tape usually last me four days. He can be a pain always have to get ready by taping your knees. Usually two straps on the right way does it. I used to be a trainer at the Olympic training center and for those out there we weren’t ready for knee replacements, there’s a lot of relief that people don’t realize and taping your knee.

General buy tape to protect my libra CGM sensor on the back of my arm, I find it last over a week before starting to peel and needs reapplying.Usually on for 2 weeks at a time, I find it very comfortable and it doesn’t seem to cause me any issues with rashes or itching (added image after removing sensor)Been using it now for a few year’s so would thoroughly recommend it.
