These pignolia are delicious and very fresh! I use them in a number of recipes but I really enjoy them pan toasted and added to my homemade hummus! They're easy to toast in a dry nonstick small skillet and it takes only a couple of minutes on low heat if you constantly keep them moving in the pan. I enjoy having something so tasty that's so nutritious for me! They keep well and are not as expensive as most brands.
