This face wash WORKS! I have incredibly oily skin, like so oily that my face is shiny in minutes. This face wash kept my face oil free for hours! Doesn’t dry my skin out and is definitely worth the money.

I bought many products from this brand and I can for certain say this is there BEST product. I have combination skin and my T-zone does get very oily throughout the day especially with makeup but this product has single-handedly made not only my skin look better but my makeup perform differently. One big plus for me is that it smells like nothing and it's so incredible gentle on my skin, which I appreciate. Now I understand that the price is a little off putting but I can genuinely say that I have used so many different cleansers and this is the ONLY one I've seen genuinely results from and honestly it's worth every penny! I will be buying this again.

This toner is a staple in my household. It is super lightweight and still effective. Unlike my boyfriend with oily skin who also uses this product, I have combination skin; I am not super oily, but I tend to get a little shiny in my T-zone (central region of the face) throughout the day. I feel that this is a perfect facial regimen necessity for those just getting into skincare or for the pros as well. Paula's Choice does a great job with directing you to what to use at what step in your regimen, for example this would be the 2nd step and should be used directly after washing. Like I said, it is lightweight and can be paired with any of your other products like Vitamin C, moisturizer, and SPF. It brings moisture back into the skin once clean and provides a balance for layering products. I like to pair this with the liquid exfoliant, and I do use it day/night. Also, I'd hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you can't actually shrink pores. The niacinamide in this product helps boosts collagen production which helps minimize the appearance of pores by stimulating the area surrounding your pores. I would recommend this product to anyone!

The product advertised it helps to reduce oily skin, it actually made my skin more oily compared to the previous product I was using before this. Keeping in mind I also use the pore minimizer toner and the moisturizer that goes with it. I am in love with the product overall, my skin is clearer, feels clean, and actually SMOOTHER as well as a nice glow!

I really like this Paula's Choice facial cleanser! I have been using the Image Skincare Ormedic Balancing Facial Cleanser since my beautician recommended it, and I found it was cheaper here on Bolo than buying it from her salon. Now the price of that cleanser has gone up considerably, so I needed to make a change. I also tried the Clarisonic Refreshing Gel Facial Cleanser. It's fine, but it's also over $4 per ounce. I wanted a "balancing" cleanser, which means it takes out the oil and puts in a little moisture. So, I tried this Paula's Choice Skin Balancing Oil-Reducing facial cleanser. It is wonderful! I like it better than both the Image cleanser and the Clarisonic cleanser. Paula's facial cleanser comes out thick and white, and I don't use too much, and it creates enough lather. The plastic top of the bottle pops up and you squeeze out a little. I use this cleanser on the Clarisonic Mia2 facial brush, two times per day. My face feels really clean, but not dried out. Paula's is more than half the price of the Image cleanser, and I like the way my face feels better with Paula's. This 16 oz. bottle will surely last at least 2 months, maybe longer. I had never heard of Paula's before I did the Bolo search. I am now a Paula's fan.Note: this is going to last 3 months or more. I have added a photo to show you this is a nice-sized bottle. It's large, but not too big or heavy to use comfortably. This cleanser rinses off easily, and also rinses easily out of the Clarisonic facial brush.Update: I just reordered, so this bottle lasted 2 months one week.

This is a fantastic face wash. Only takes a pinch to use all over my face. It will definitely last a very long time! Has drastically reduced my large pores and blackheads almost overnight. However, I have been breaking out a little bit since I started using it and I am sure it’s because the face wash is getting rid of the impurities. I use this face wash and then toner.Will certainly buy again.

I really wanted to love this face wash! I have always had dry/combo skin (depending on the season) but the past several months I have been so oily. I believe it’s hormone related because I am currently 7 months postpartum and had a hormonal IUD placed 2 months pp. It got so bad that I started searching for a new oil control face wash. This face wash feels great, has a light lather, and definitely did help my oil control some. But… I broke out awfully. All along my hairline and jaw line, and forehead. I thought it must be from my hair. It took me over a month to realize it might be the face wash. To test that theory I quit using it for 2 days and sure enough my face started clearing up immediately. I have never been acne prone so I knew something wasn’t right. Still 3 stars because it did help control oil, and if it didn’t cause me to break out it would be 5 stars. I still think it’s a good product but just didn’t work for me.

I love this face wash, it is by far the best face wash I have ever used, I am on my fourth bottle of this product ( I even got my sister to use it, and she loves it). I use a lot of Paula Choice products and this is one that will always stay in my collection. It provides a thick lather, that creates a deep cleanse, and makes you feel fresh and clean afterwards. This cleanser can even get a full face of makeup off, along with my waterproof mascara. My skin changes consistently, in the summer its oily, and in the winter it's both dry and oily. I never have an issue with any season. Highly recommend this if you like a thick lathering cleanser, or your skin texture is constantly shifting.
Does what it says will do...
I really liked this product, removes all the dirt moisturizes you skin...your skin feels so soft,and importantly it removes makeup without much effort.Suitable for types of skin is truly an advantage...Some might feel expensive but the amount you get will last for quite long time and I'm sure you're going to like this as well.Good cleanser for healthy looking and happy feeling face...
Great Product
After a few months of break outs at the age of 45 I was recommended to try this. It is brilliant ! My break outs are no more, I use to remove my make up with a clean flannel or just a face wash when no make up on. I've always had good skin and this has got me back to that .
Pretty good
I bought this after reading the many positive reviews. It’s not bad, feels great but is a little hard to remove, without really dragging my face. I’ve combatted this by gently removing what I can, then finishing off with half witch hazel and half apple cider vinegar. Leaves my skin feeling lovely and clean.
Great face wash that’s value for money
1. I know it seems expensive but my husband and I both use it yet it lasts us almost two months. I think it’s value for money.2. It’s fragrance free, has AMAZING ingredients and never irritates the skin. It leaves your skin clean, soft and hydrated.3. The packaging is so minimalistic and great.Do get this for yourself if you are serious about skincare and want to buy a product that’s been well-researched, nicely produced and delivers results.
