Bought this pump for my Kubota RTV900 since the manual pump went out ( I ordered another manual pump) but the RTV's have a known problem of not starting once the fuel tank gets between 1/2 and 1/4 tank of fuel. Having a back up will help prevent a no start issue. Pretty simple to install, I ended up using deutsch 2 pin connector instead of the one that came with the pump, it was very cheap, wire terminals we loose and ended up breaking one. The deutsch connector will add extra water proofing. This pump is a little nosey, you can hear it pulsating when you apply power.

I bought this because the price is right didn’t really expect it to work when I needed it but it is working it replaced the mechanical fuel pump in my 68 Chevy that I bought brand new from Bolo that pump just enough fuel to make me think something else was wrong took me forever to figure out I got a bad mechanical fuel pump What a rip off The mechanical fuel pump that this replaced would start out, pumping just fine for a few miles and then pump. Hardly nothing. I was thinking of all kinds of things because everything was brand new and I heard the HEI sport module from China will give you problems. Not performing properly simply maddening, but the electric fuel pump works. I’m happy to drive my truck again.

I ordered this on 2020 and it is now 2024. I only used this pump maby once a year maby 2 but the last time I needed it it just would not work. I usualy used this to remove fuel out of my Generators when i nolonger needed them at the end of huricane seasion. This time I grabed this pump our of the cabinant and pluged turned on the pump and nothing no sound no suction just sat there. now i do not abuse my tools and take care of them and most look new when i have had them for 10 + years.If ou are looking for something that you will use every now and again this moight not be the one for you..when it was working it did a good job pumped hard and never skipped a beat. I hoipe this helps you in making your decision!!!
