We got one Logitech H570e headset for my office on a trial basis since this headset is a new product only available on Sept. 18, 2024. The first general impression at our office was that the headset looked and felt good quality but the headphones were very small. After our testing, we quickly found out that the small earpieces were rather comfortable and the audio sound is very clean. The noise cancellation works surprisingly well considering these headphones are only for regular office use. The noise cancellation was a big selling point for several people at my office since it can get a bit noisy at times. The mic filtered the sound from our office very well as we were able to hear the wearer's voice only on the other end. Headset is very light which is great for extended use and the cable controls were another nice plus. Our office is very pleased with the overall quality and performance so we will order more for our team. It is still too early to speak on the longevity of this headset but this is usually not a problem with Logitech products in our experience.Highly recommend this product as it is a nice step up from the standard $15 office headsets without having to overspend.

These are comfortable to wear for long periods of time, as long as you get them situated just right. I tried doing some sound recordings with them, and the sound was very good for a phone headset - this is not full bandwidth studio recording quality, but great for normal use. I also tried playing some voices in the background and it pretty much eliminated the sound until it was quite loud. However, one day I was on a meeting and someone else was also on another meeting in the same room with me. I asked my co-worker if they could hear the voice and they said yes, but it wasn't very loud. Not sure what to thing about that.

This headset is affordable and functional. It works really well and it’s very easy to use. You just plug it in and it’s ready to use. It’s very comfortable and sometimes I forget that I have it on. Would recommend to anyone wanting to purchase an affordable headset
4.0 out of 5 stars A simple wired headset that is perfect (for me) for tel-/vid-conferences
I have one of these same headsets at my work office location and liked it so much that I bought one for my home office too. I dont like having both my ears covered when on a conference call, so having a headset that covers just one ear suits me perfectly. People say that my voice coming through the mic is very clear, so I guess that works well too. Only two complaints...the thin covering over the foam ear piece will start to wear down and flake off after a few years (this is why I only give this 4 stars). The other "complaint" is that it is a wired headset...there are definitely times when I wish I did not have a cord tethering me to my PC, but in the end, I didnt want to deal with the hassle of having low-battery anxiety or any connection issues. My four star rating is only due to the durability issue, not for the fact that the headset is wired. I purposely purchased a wired headset because I wanted something that was really reliable, which this product delivers. I also like the fact that is has a controller on the wire so that I can adjust volume, mute/un-mute, and disconnect a call from the controller, without having to click on those buttons with my mouse while on a call...super convenient. I recommend this product so long as you dont mind the wire and that it only has one ear piece (so not something you'd use if you expect high-fidelity stereo sound.

my experience level: high. I have used many plugable dictation devices and wired or bluetooth or dongle type Logitech numbering the most, though Plantronics too. I tried some gaming headsets but I don't really game much, just talk to machines, finding for ease of use: Dell desktop XPS8xx = with a Blue mic and Dragon 11.5 and some Sony speakers is very consistent and easy Speech dictation/recognition gets a 9.7 / 10.0 -- Apple : MAcAir 13in 2013 w i7 etc:: also has high rating and with naked machine can "FaceTime" using the basic internal laptop mic and speakers with Dragon Dictate or with MacSpeech = if in quiet living room, otherwise:: wired USB tops; best is this one but I am sure it is the mic which is of highest noise cancellation mic on my head. I have gameheadsets from Sentey and Sennheiser, which have good mics (5.5/10.0) but not like this. this is *professional* ... (-: .PROS: high quality to price = 8.7/10.0 at the 40 - 50 usd range. hearing is On-ear, which is good in mixed company, not for gaming (6.3/10.0). but good to very good stereo anyway for on ear. comfort very high and wearable through the day (8.2/10.0; 8.0/10.0). CONS: NOT wireless. a little slippery on head. BUY AGAIN: yes. RECOMMEND to Friend: yes. Versatility: yes. I am very pleased. I own several Logitech wearables and one of them a wireless (H800) all ok ... for christmas I desire though the H820e wireless because of its extreme versatility and range. meanwhile if I don't care about being *tethered* this one is a favored friend. or the H800 when I might need a mic. for stereo the following order:: Wired Sennheiser; JVC wired; Brookstone wireless.

I rely on headsets for my job. I work for an answering service and answer 200+ calls every day. This headset is maybe 2 months old and constantly buzzes and EVERYONE hears it during the calls and gets so annoyed. I'm annoyed hearing it myself. It sits on my desk until my next shift and is very well taken care of. I'm so tired of it.

Primeira grande vantagem, ele é totalmente Plug and Play, conectou na porta USB e em poucos segundos já está funcionando. A qualidade de som é ótima, era exatamente o que eu procurava para as minhas reuniões tanto em home-office quando no trabalho. O comprimento do cabo é ótimo e permite que você fique de pé, e até circule um pouco enquanto fala, e, neste caso, os comandos do fone são ótimos, aumentar e diminuir o volume, colocar no mudo ou até encerrar a ligação. Minha única preocupação é o material que cobre a aste do microfone, aqueles emborrachados que pegam muita poeira e que se desmancham com o tempo, espero que não seja o caso deste! Em resumo gostei muito e recomendo!
Good but not great!
The product is good, even the noise cancellation on the mic works quite well, but don't really expect much from such priced product.Also, I personally didn't find it comfortable to wear for more than 1 hour continuously. Other than that, sound quality is average, cord length is very good, the mute button works well with MS teams.Overall 3/5. I'm kind of disappointed, with such high price points although.
