5.0 out of 5 stars Worked GREAT!
This coil was just what I needed for my Briggs and Stratton 10HP engine on my 5600 watt generator. Fired up on the first pull and had a strong spark, even when turning the motor by hand while installing and testing. There was a comment about this coil having a straight lead on the wire and causing issues. If you push this lead through the boot, you can bend the end of the lead to match the angle of your boot (this is how the factory one was set up).
5.0 out of 5 stars Easy to install
Bought this coil to repair our mower after a mouse chewed the spark plug wire.Good Value replacement.
4.0 out of 5 stars Great fit
The product fit as expected and resolved my issue. Good quality and was able to mow again
5.0 out of 5 stars Brought my tractor back to life
Fit and worked as it should on my early 90s craftsman lt 4000 12.5 Hp briggs and stratton. Doesn’t come with the spark plug boot so save your old one
1.0 out of 5 stars Didn’t fit
Was not the right coil. Did not fit the mower and had factory number .
5.0 out of 5 stars Great coil
Worked awesome
5.0 out of 5 stars Worked for my john deere d102
Installed on my John Deere D102. Works perfectly, only thing is you have to extend the wire (I believe it's a safety switch) for it to reach.
5.0 out of 5 stars Be sure to gap the coil to flywheel space to .010 inch.
Make sure the kill wire is not shorted to ground. Spin the flywheel by hand with the spark plug removed and connected to plug wire. Ground sparkplug threads to engine fins. You should see a spark while spinning flywheel by hand. Make sure spark plug is good or new.
works as it should
not quit like the picture ,but it fits and works,,so far so good
works great
The wire was a little short
