These dried grains and rice are great for a variety of dishes, from pilaf to stir-fry. The quality is excellent—each grain cooks evenly and has a nice texture. I love the versatility and the fact that it stays fresh for a long time in the pantry. However, the packaging could be better. The bag is flimsy, and once opened, it’s difficult to reseal, which can lead to spillage or the need for extra storage containers. Overall, it’s a great product for meal prep, but I’d appreciate sturdier packaging for easier storage.
