The media could not be loaded. I needed something to reach my protein goals each day and this is perfect for me. Its packaging is convenient to put in purse, pocket, gym bag . The quality and taste of this protein shot is amazing. It reminds me of a gusher when I take it. They are good cold or room temp. Doesn’t hurt my stomach & I don’t feel bloated like some protein products make me feel . The protein counts towards macros. So many health benefits to proper protein intake and this makes it convenient and more affordable . I will take a 5 second to drink protein boost over trying to drink a whole shake any time!

My kids and I have been using this regularly before workouts for as a quick snack and pick me up. Easy to take and goes down quick compared to protein shakes that are large in volume and not great in taste. This one isn't the best tasting thing either, but it's only one gulp so everyone can manage it. Easy on the stomach too. The pre-workout one occasionally upsets my stomach.

This is what I needed, it’s a 1oz pack so I can easily place in my purse or drink it right before working out. Very convenient, also very sweet, for 15 grams of protein I can handle the sweetness.

I add this to my green drink in the morning which is made with just water, cucumber, and spinach in a blender. Adding the Frog Fuel Power the combination tastes great with a sweetness that i like. I can drink this in the morning and it powers me through until the afternoon. An excellent way to start your day. I will keep purchasing.

It’s ok, but very sweet and thick like cough syrup. It’s a clear, yellowy color. All that said, it’s convenient and quick. I would probably buy again. Pictured is the contents of one pkg/serving (15g of protein) in a 4oz cup for reference.
