    I'll just add on to what others have written. The harness is a decent quality. The front and back plates are a good idea. The friction arm, at least the one I got, is a 100% non-starter. It will not hold any position no matter how hard you crank down the knob. I've had similar experiences when I have bought friction arms at too low a price. I'm not supporting a tablet or anything, just an iPhone 7 Plus.It's not a Steadicam, just to be clear. It will not stabilize your shots. What I was looking for was something that would allow my iPhone to be parked in front of my chest in a position where the screen is easily visible and I can do two-handed demos while still being able to move around (i.e., not on a tripod, nor depending on either hand to hold or support it).It kind of works if I fold up the arm and then use cable-ties to keep the arm from unfolding. I don't have any choice where to position the camera, in this scenario, I just have to take what I can get. Some day I'll upgrade the friction arm so that it works as advertised.

    Doesn’t hold as much weight as it claims to. Nearly had a heart attack several times when my camera suddenly dropped.

    I specialize in capturing live musical performances.The idea of being able to move through a crowd without myself or others tripping over a mono pod was very intriguing to me!However the reality is the connecting arms that come with this vest simply don’t provide the stability to go completely hands-free with a DSLR camera (as advertised).If they were better arm attachments available I would say that this would be a great buy.

    You can't run with this thing. The arm just sags. We were unable to use it for our intended purpose.
