The media could not be loaded. It was soooo easy to put together and even easier to clean. The chocolate was nice and warm the entire time. To melt the chocolate, I used a boiling hot pot of water and set a saucepan on top of that and poured in the chocolate chips. They instantly started to melt and in order for it to not be too thick for the fountain I poured in some oil. I kept stirring until I felt it was thin enough to be in the fountain. Since I’ve bought it, it has been used at every event we have thrown. People in my family who don’t like chocolate a lot were at the fountain non stop. I have used this with strawberries, marshmallows, pretzels, pineapples and rice Krispy treats. Phenomenal!!!!

Beautiful fountain assembling it not hard at all but, make sure you snap all the parts correctly. I bought this fountain for Christmas party and used it for 3-8 hrs and it worked great. It's best to turn The machine on heat, and in a microwave melt the chocolate for 10 to 20 min then add to the fountain. The chocolate I used is sephra brand, melted smoothly and tasted amazing. Love it thank you. I was really worried ordering because of very bad reviews but, I'm so glad I did. Honestly I wouldn't say very easy to clean. The fountain part is easy you disassemble and wash it's the bottom bowl little harder. Otherwise its great.

WARNING! Sadly I ordered this item for my daughter’s birthday party and it does not work! We are not new at working with chocolate fondue fountains, so we weren’t too concerned about testing it beforehand. Lesson learned! Now my return option has expired and I’m stuck with a non-working fountain! Shame on you for selling defective merchandise! BEWARE BEWARE!

I bought 2 for my friends wedding.1 for chocolate1 for cheeseWe had talked about how awesome it would b to have that part in Talladega Nights when they went on and on about having the nacho fountain with like 7 different cheeses. We used nacho cheese and it didn’t pump thru that well. Just after I took the pic it kinda stopped. The chocolate pumped well. They was a huge hit I figure they can use them for years to come for hot coco apple cider really anything. Kids birthdays with a chocolate fountain can u imagine.

I gave this product 3 stars because the pros and cons were equal. We used this at a bridal shower in a hall large enough to hold 300 people. This was set up in the opposite corner of the hall as to where I was sitting and I could hear it where I was AND over music and people talking. I do think it got louder as the chocolate ran out more and more. On the plus side, it was pretty and everyone thought it was the coolest thing. I don't think many people cared about the noise. There was about 35 people at the shower. I used a full 2lbs of chocolate and didn't have to refill at all, it was plenty for everyone to have a few sticks. I end up buying chocolate at my local Joann fabrics store just because the shipping would have been too long. I used Wilton Chocolate Pro melting wafers. Let me tell you, I wanted to eat it with a spoon, it was SO good! The fountain directions say to add oil to the chocolate but I didn't need to do that with the kind I bought. It was perfectly silky smooth. Lastly, I melted the chocolate in my crockpot on low for maybe an hour before adding it to the fountain. You could also do this in a double boiler or microwave if you have access to one, but it DOES need to be melted before going into the fountain. Overall, I would use this again.

Best fountain ever
Loved this so much. We used it twice for parties in like 10 days so far and it’s a huge hit. It’s easy to use and set up just make sure the drops are lined up to the ones below lol and it’s basically easy to clean. We used the Belgium choc giant size bag also off Bolo. Loved it all

Big children and little children enjoyed this fountain. We tried chocolate but I suppose you could try other food items as long as the consistency was right. Works well. Can take a bit of time to clean properly but worth the work for the enjoyment the kids get.Seller very responsive if needed.
