I'm a chronically ill person and I've been really struggling with eating recently.This sexy lil device made my life SO MUCH easier!!! It's fast, easy, quick to clean, and it does EXACTLY what I need. I want to get another just because I like having it so muchYou make a shake in the cup you'll enjoy it in. It's solid, takes up little space. If this thing is durable, it's my new favorite device with a motor in the WORLD (not even kidding)

Purchased this to make smoothies with kefir, which I just started making. Very convenient, simple to use, and inexpensive. Having the extra cups allows you to customize how much you want to make. The flip top lid and other lids will come in handy for traveling and storage.I did notice a plastic smell while blending, but it has not been an issue. I have also only blended with frozen fruit not ice, and it comes out smoothly. So far, it is a solid blender for simple, on the go blending. Would recommend!

I got two smoothies out of this unit before it quit working. Not so magic after all. I've already tossed the box...so am not sure if I can get a refund...but am going to try anyway.AMENDMENT:DISCOVERED THE PROBLEM. The cups have 3 tiny plastic prongs attached, that when inserted into the base fit snugly into 3 tiny slots in the base. If these prongs are broken off from the cups, they will not snug into the base, and the unit will not activate. I used cups from my old unit and thus this base would not activate. The cups that came with the new base are not broken, the prongs are attached and the unit works well. Yes...good product, pilot error on my part! Added stars...only gave four, as the prongs on the cups do break off occasionally.
