Got this to make a tteokbokki recipe and regret not trying it sooner. If you don’t like spice, this isn’t for you. It has a clean, intense building heat with a savory, salty soy flavor complimented perfectly with a sweet finish. Works with entrees and desserts. It has replaced Sriracha for me as I now find Sriracha too mild, prefer it over ketchup too. Since first trying it, I reach for it over many other sauces and condiments. Those will continue to gather dust because I put this on everything- mix it with crème fraîche/sour cream or honey for a great dipping sauce. I love it! If you’re a fan of the salty/sweet combo and enjoy sinus clearing heat- you’ll likely love it too!

It's absolutely delicious. It's like a pickle. I'm not going to worry about a little discrepancy with the packaging. It's really wonderful stuff. I mixed a couple of tablespoons in with some mayo and whole milk yogurt and lime juice and dipped tater tots in it. It's absolutely divine.

Tastes great. Stores well. No issues with packaging being broken or leaks. As it ages though, it gets a bit clumpy and congealed, so it doesn't blend in well. Have to use it faster. :)

This Korean Spice is excellent for many dishes including chicken wings, bibimap and stir fries. You can control the heat by the amount you add to your dish. Excellent, have purchased several more as gifts for my spicy friends.
