The media could not be loaded. I love it! I've only had it a day, but I believe it cut my packaging down so much. More than 2/3! Answer to my prayer, literally. I was manually weighing and bagging items, Took hours! This is fast and efficient. You can set the pace, comes with a peddle if you wanted to. I make incense and the sales are fast. This will increase my sales because I can restock faster! The nozzle/shute is sharp. File it down, or watch fingers. But it's the best ever! The price is the best especially compared to others!

Product description says nothing about not for fine dusty powders, or macha tea but the instructions that came will it does. It works but we had to add a vacuum system for the dust and the vibration ramp keeps getting clogged up, have yet to figure a fix for that. Very difficult to clean. Glad we did not pay more for it. Back panel needs to be easier to remove for cleaning. Almost sent it back after reading the instructions that came with it.
