My daughter and I both use Boiron Arnica Montana 30C Homeopathic Medicine. It is a natural remedy for pain, soreness and bruising. The medicine comes in tiny pellets you pop under your tongue and allow to dissolve. They have a very mild sweet flavor, which is pleasant and not off putting or overly strong. My daughter refuses to swallow pills and does not like taking any medicine in general. This is our go-to when she has a mild cheerleading injury.
