I am presently dealing with a GI virus that caused diarrhea. We all know what that means.... lots of toilet paper and baby wipes and an irritated butt crack. I applied a thick layer of Maty's ointment to the anal area and butt crack after every episode of diarrhea. Not only did it soothe the area, but it also made "clean up" easier and less painful the next time. If I could give this 10 stars, I would!

My baby had a severe diaper rash and our doctor gave us prescription cream after prescription cream, even antibiotics and nothing worked. I decided to go natural and try this and it worked! This has been so great for any skin issues my kids have had!

If you're interested but have not yet decided if this product is right for you or your baby, look no further!I absolutely love this ointment for my now 3 month old. I bought this ointment when I was desperate for an alternative for diaper rash cream. This stuff is amazing and I'm very pleased with this purchase. The price did make me reconsider - until I read the reviews (as anyone should do before making a decision to purchase) and I was sold.The reviews did not let me down.It's been 3 months now and counting and my baby boy has not experienced a diaper rash since.I was using this on a daily for the first two months - and have only bought this product twice now and we only use this product at bedtime or when his skin is irritated. Alot goes a long way so as long as you don't use more than you need - this product can last you a very long time.I love the fact I'm using a healthier option, and if I decide to have another baby - this will be on my baby registry or in my diaper bag!!

We use it nightly for a barrier before diaper goes on and it’s excellent for dry or irritated skin, especially on the face in the winter. A much cleaner alternative to petroleum based ointments.

Purchased this for my son’s circumcision instead of using aquaphor. I wanted something that was petroleum free, so this worked well. My only complaint is that there were some gritty pieces in it.

My newborn son had such dry skin and the fragrance free lotion I was using wasn’t helping. This worked so well and my baby (now 3 months old) loves when I massage it on his skin after his bath.

I was looking for a safer alternative to Aquaphor and decided to try Matys Multipurpose Baby Ointment. Unfortunately, I found it to be very grainy, which was disappointing. It didn't work well as a replacement for Aquaphor. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a smooth and effective ointment.
