I bought this particular screen protector solely due to the fact that it is designed to be easily removable. It allows me to have privacy when needed but take off when needing to look at the screen with others. The screen is darker and has a more narrow viewing angle than a similarly-sized stick-on Akamai screen protector I previously used. I suspect this screen is about as narrow a viewing angle as it gets - if I move my head about 1/3 to the left of center, the far right side of the screen starts to dim a bit. It's best viewed straight on. The upside, though, is that nothing can be seen by people standing to the side of the screen (your mileage may vary on that, depending on what viewing angle you're trying to restrict).Before deciding on a size to purchase, I'd highly recommend watching the little video Kensington has provided on this page. They show you how to properly measure the dimensions of the computer screen to find a size that will fit. I was very happy with the size I ordered and with the screen itself.

Admittedly, the product is a bit pricey, but it works like a dream and was a breeze to install. I agonized over measuring to get the perfect fit, but there is a small degree of variance so it doesn't have to be as precise as the one I purchased for my laptop. I would recommend this product to anyone who works in a setting where the data you are working with is sensitive, and while not national security, should not be viewed by any and all walking past. This screen is even better than advertised! How often do you get that?

I am in a common break room environment - meaning multiple people with multiple computers doing multiple things in a small space. More often than not co-workers get nosey and often try to see what it is you're watching on youtube or reading and then they like to comment. Its no one's business what you're watching/reading/websurfing on your personal computer. Keep it that way with this gadget!The viewscreen itself is nice and big, perfect if you have a larger monitor, however if you have a 22" monitor like me that doesn't have bezels flush with the screen then you're probably going to have more screen than you know what to do with. As for me I had to you invisible tape to keep the screen flush with the bezels of my monitor- any further away and it starts to distort the image on the screen itself.The screen does a good job at reducing screen fatigue, which is great, but unless you're watching a movie or tv show you're going to definitely notice that there is a screen on the monitor- which this also does sometimes annoy you slightly... I don't know why (maybe it's a personal thing?) because you bought it to obscure people's vision of your screen, but the fact that it slightly alters your view still bothers me. I've used these screens in the past and this has always been the case, no matter what brand of privacy screen you're using.This screen is a little more expensive than other brands I've used, but the fact that you can mount this to your monitor without using any kind of adhesive or making any alterations to the product or your monitor. I think it's pretty good, although I don't really use it any more since the nosey people who bothered me switched jobs. lol

I just received this item and it has not lived up to what I thought I was getting. Some of the images on this page are not accurate. This screen is very easy to install, which is one of the reasons I purchased it over others. The screen does not blackout the screen if you are looking at it from an angle. As a matter of fact, this screen ides almost nothing for me when looking at an angle. You can still tell that videos are playing on the screen. I mean the images are still pretty bright from an angle. It may be good for anti-glare, but I don't have this issue on my Asus monitor. For the price it definitely isn't worth it. This is a return for me.

Very easy to install. Works well. The only issue I have had is that it wants to curl up sightly on the bottom. I just used a piece of double sided poster tape on either side at the bottom to hold it down against the monitor. Worked great.

Really like the fact that this screen doesn't have stick on mounting and can be easily removed. Also covers the entire screen. Have found some of the stick on ones have little areas in the corner where the screen shows though that makes it difficult to hit the icons at the top of the page.

Very much like that this is adjustable, and can be removed and reinstalled with little fuss. However this is more of a screen dimmer than it is a true privacy screen. The best ones will make your screen hard to read unless someone is right behind you. These seem to have a pretty large angle where you can still see the screen legibly. For the price, they aren't that bad. But if you need REAL privacy you may want to look at some of the others...
Excellent Screen
Even my daughter commented last night, how much better her eyes felt...no glare and blue light!For me, it's the fact that it sits on top of the screen. Not like some other screen coverings that stick to the screen, where it's nearly impossible to remove all the bubbles. I love this product for so many reasons!
