My Phantom 3 Pro came sooner than I expected which is great. The Phantom 3 Pro exceeded my expectations and it is so much fun to fly. I have a photography studio and a wedding I will be shooting this weekend has a Star Wars theme. I am waiting on permission to fly it inside the church for some awesome pics and video. The bundle is great because the more batteries the better. I love the case because it holds everything and is also a back pack. The carry system that is like a harness is pretty much useless unless you are a smaller person. Very happy with seller and product and would purchase from both without hesitation.

Everything came in working order and with nothing missing. I was a bit skeptical as this was sold and shipped by Koozam but says DJI on the actual product page. A great starter kit for everything to get off the ground with your drone. I've had this particular product since October and everything is still in working order with regular professional production use. The backpack is definitely a plus and fits all the accessories needed to fly the Phantom.The only problem I have with this kit is the LED strips. They are a bit sketchy to set up and require trying to attach wires to the inside of the battery terminals. I haven't even attempted to put them on the drone. Other than that, everything else in this kit is awesome.

The drone was just what I was expecting. I had difficulties loading the DJI go app on anything but an Apple product, and found on the box that it is compatible with iPad mini 2 and up, and iPad Air. I bought a designated mini just for this drone. I had several other small tablets, not Apple, but they said they were not compatible when I tried to install the apps. Some feeds say there are other apps to use on android devices, but I prefer to stick to the actual DJI app. What can I say, this drone is intelligent, fun and takes great photos and video. I purchased it as a gift for my spouse and now I want one for myself.

The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is that there is no available warranty for this device. This is an expensive investment and I believe if you did not have one avaikAble, that an alternative source could be cited for an extended warranty. The product, from DJI , appears good quality with the bundle package presented as ordered.

1) Extremely fast shipping. I received my bundle almost a week earlier than expected.2) Everything in the bundle was there and arrived safe and sound.3) My drone flies like a dream and I'm extremely happy with this bundle. I wish it came with propeller guards or a 64gb SD card but that's just me nitpicking. Great price nontheless.4) Have no fear. The bag is solid and good quality. It definitely protects your equipment.

I had to return the drone for guarantee. It didn’t work and I didn’t even fly it. Although the seller received it in perfect physical conditions, Koozam (the seller) wants to charge me 25% because I didn’t returned it on the original packaging. Can you believe it? You should save a useless package just in case a U$2.500 drone doesn’t work as you expect!!!!
