A friend recommended these sleep tabs and I can attest they work like magic. I take it and before you know it, I am out and sleeping. I wake up feeling refreshed and rested. The pills are very small . They are easy to swallow. It has no tastes , at least to me because I try to swallow them without letting them dissolve. A bottle of 80 pills last me about 2 months because I don’t use them every night.

It does take a little bit before it kicks in and for my taste I would say I wish it had a quicker effect, but the main part I care about is if it actually puts you to sleep and when I say it kicks in it kicks in I will be out and not wake up.The size is very small so it is easy to swallow and it doesn’t have a bitter taste.

Melatonin pills seem to help me get to sleep but I wake up, for good, 3-4 hours later. With this, I wake up briefly after 2-3 hours but get right back to sleep for another 3-4 hours. If you're like me, you've tried multiple things and I would definitely try this if other things have failed. Z-Quil also did not work for me. This seems to get me over the mid sleep hump until the morning.

Unfortunately this has not made me sleep right away. It takes several hours . The biggest problem is the side affects it has the next day. Stays in my system too long and I am falling asleep on and off all day, Maybe 1/2 pill would be better, I don't know, But I am useless all day the following day. At least I am retired so I don't have to go to work the following day. At another time I will try 1/2 pill. Right now I am reluctant.
Works
It put me to sleep cold turkey after just 15 minutes. Even taking half a pill works fine. The morning drowsiness can be dealt with with a nice cup of coffee.
Work for my purpose- pregnancy morning sickness
Purchased in combination with B6 to combat pregnancy morning sickness. I had been on Diclecten (Dicligis in the USA?) with my last pregnancy and I'd say the effects are comparable. Weirdly this did not make me sleepy at all but it did help a bit with the nausea.My husband who has tried most sleep aids is using up my leftover pills and says they really help him to sleep.
Works as they should.
I like to switch it up sleep aids instead of diphenhydramine or gravol. I cant find unisom (doxylamine) at shoppers, it's only available in night time cough syrup there and possibly all canada.
Advice for better efficacy
I like to occasionally use this product if I have to do something important the next day, and can't risk having insomnia. Some of the reviews mentioned it not working for them, and I'd like to give a tip.Try taking them on an empty stomach, or 15 minutes before eating if you must. That usually works for me. If I take them during, or after a meal, the only thing they do is make me sleep in longer once I finally do get to sleep. It's night and day. On an empty stomach, when they kick in I can barely keep my eyes open. Hope that helps someone.
Works as intended
Works as it's supposed to. Helps you stay asleep longer and without interruption. Would not recommend taking it every night as I imagine you would build up a tolerance but it's great when used on occasion.
