This was a good product. I mean, I liked it as a shampoo! It did not help at all with the severe scalp psoriasis of my granddaughter. While we gave it about a 2-3 week trial, my granddaughters scalp became just a solid mass of psoriasis. Her scalp was covered so severly, not only did we go ahead and use Selsun Blue daily, we had to not brush her scalp when we brushed her hair. We tried this shampoo & conditioner because her Mom & I didn't like using Selsun Blue on a 6yo. We've been using Selsun Blue since she was three yo. We started her on Head & Shoulder's mild as a baby. But we hated using such strong shampoo on her routinely for so long.And the poor kid hated the blue color, the smell, the feel of it on her hand etc. She has beautiful, fine, long hair. We didn't want to fight her every time we had to wash her hair. So, we gave this product a try. I bought both shampoo & conditioner. But the short trial & resultant scull cap a quarter inch deep, of this horrible creeping crud on a six year olds head put an endto that. It was so awful for her that even my granddaughter no longer complains about using Selsun Blue. Anything to keep the psoriasis or dandruff under control. I don't know if her severe reaction was a combination of withdrawing the medication in the Selsun Blue plus the inability of the Puriya to combat the psoriasis which runs in her father's Welsh/Irish ancestry family history. I'm not sure why her reaction was so severe. But none of us are eager to repeat the episode. So we are just sticking to Selsun Blue 2× week. That keeps her scalp pretty clear & free from itch. As for the Puriya, my friend, without dandruff at all took it and used it & loved it. It sure made her hair shine & she's in her latter 50's. I recieved a second bottle because I forgot to cancel my subscription. This one I gave to a collection for a young man & his son. The wife had died and the man & his young son had been living on the street. A program got him & son housing but a bunch of us who knew the mother/wife collected new unused daily need items to help them set up housekeeping on their own. Both the man & his son called to tell me how much they loved the shampoo & ask where I got it. Again I noticed the man & his son had very shiny, healthy looking hair. And a little goes a long way. The man & his son loved the smell of the tea tree oil in the shampoo. So if you want something for a man's hair, that will make it more shiny, softer & manageable,...this is a good bet. Because of it's antiseptic properties it can be quite helpful for people in jobs where they tend to get head wounds frequently, like people in the buiding industry & such. It helps fight off an infection in those head wounds more than other shampoos due to the antiseptic properties of the tea tree oil. Can use this shampoo to clean out mild wounds & abrasions anywhere on body. It doesn't seem to sting that we noticed. Great shampoo but not so helpful on dandruff that we were dealing with.

I bought this shampoo because of the experience I have had with their, "Mother of All Creams," anti-itch cream. MOAC is the greatest!! Have purchased 4 tubs and do NOT intend to run out, EVER. I used the shampoo and it did NOT fix the itching issue. Maybe I should have used it more, but initial impression was, it was not going to fix scalp itch. Maybe I will give it a second chance. Anyway, can't say enough good stuff about MOAC, it is the BEST.After writing my initial review, I decided to give it a second chance and used the Shampoo again for three days straight That is why I am updating my review. It helped tremendously with scalp itch and it left my hair soft and manageable. I normally use Tea Tree Shampoo, and it works great, but leaves my hair dried out. Puriya Shampoo does the same job but does not dry out my hair. So, I have to eat some crow and, yes, I will definitely buy this product again. I stand by my thoughts about their MOAC. It's great, too.

The seller is #1 professional that they address your concern almost immediately with couple of times follow ups after you purchase the product. As they mentioned that none of the product is a perfect fit to individual cases but the way the product is designed with the ingredients on it, it should be okay to many of you folks out there.As some folks reported the smell, I would say that you begin to ignore it after a few uses. I have one suggestion that keep leathering for about 4 to 5 minutes and you may find the difference. It didn't improve my case but the same case was there with most of the products I tried. So I don't blame this product at all. I know it will work to many folks out there.Like some say it leaves residue, it does not. I tried it leathering less and leathering more. It doesn't leave a residue at all and didn't harm while I was using.The way the bottle is designed is far better than any other brand of its class. You can press open in a very gentle press and squeeze the amount comfortably unlike many other brands you have to force hard to open the top. The size of the bottle and the shape is adorable and handy. Even-though it falls on the tub, it won't break and spill too much. It will only spill if you squeeze. This is a nicely thought out project in designing this product bottle.I could have given it 5 stars if only it addressed my extreme case. I'm still in the hunt of finding the best fit product for me. In regards to recommending this product, I won't hesitate to recommend to anybody who has light dandruff or itching impact. Give a try and you won't regret. The company seems determined to back this product and its users so go ahead and give it a try happily.
