5.0 out of 5 stars Smooth full body coffee
A year ago I tried Lavassa for the first time and was very pleased. I like to support the local roasters in town but the cost is cutting into my coffee budget! After seeing ads I bought the beans used burr grinder and brewed several ways. Tried drip first and was surprised how much I liked the smooth taste. Full body, without the high acid experience. Pour over and French press intensified the richness and now I’m convinced this is a keeper for me. Excellent value. Plan on trying some of the other varieties offered.
5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing coffee
I have been ordering this for a year now and it's amazing every time. I have gotten multiple bags and haven't gotten any bad ones. It also smells amazing. Whenever I go to wash my espresso holder, it smells like caramel from the coffee. It's relatively smooth, with a hint of bitterness, but still a bold flavor. It's a bit on the darker side from medium, but if you like medium dark coffee, you will probably like this. One bag lasts awhile. I drink coffee pretty much every day and one bag lasts me around 1 1/2-2 months, using a standard sized espresso machine.
5.0 out of 5 stars Rich, bold beans
I'm just a shlub with a grinder, grinding beans and having a cup or 2 of hot dirty bean water every morning. Probably by cup 2 I've reached the highlight of my day. Soon someone will be yelling, bitchin, complaining in my ear or possibly the voice in my head will be doing all of the above, so enjoying that cup is fairly important.I don't think I qualify as a coffee connoisseur, my pallet isn't far reaching and defined enough to taste all sorts of coffee nuance, plus no man bun so..... Regular coffee shlub.I probably wouldn't even no of this coffee, but here, let me help the Uber rich get richer, I saw it routinely used in the Jerry Seinfeld web show thing Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee. I thought it looked like they were having a good cup of Joe so I started hunting for this premium brand of Jerry approved (total assumption I don't know what Jerry really approves of) coffee. It seemed a little hard to come by in my geographic location but leave it to Bolo to make it happen. With a little discount for scheduled delivery it was about the same cost as what I was getting at the grocery store and dropped off on my doorstep once a month by a delightful Bolo driver. If you ignore all the bad things it's a pretty delightful world......Anyway, the majority of the time I'm grinding for use in my dependable Mr Coffee, not fancy, neither am I, making it as the instructions recommend and making a solid cup of coffee day in and day out.The Beans probably deserve better than me. They smell fantastic, dark, rich coffee. OK, so here is my one real recommendation, hopefully you already do this, if I could remember who first recommended buying whole beans, a good burr grinder and grinding my own beans, I would thank them here and now as I owe them a debt of gratitude. It does add an extra minute or 2 to the process of making morning coffee. You are worth it, maybe you don't have time for the French Press every morning, neither do I. I implore you to add the 2 minutes into your morning routine and grind whole beans, if not these then the beans of your choosing. Grind those little F's and enjoy the very first gift they provide. That initial, pre brew fresh released, ground bean smell. Folgers can kiss my coffee grinder, one is not the same as the other. Take the 2 extra minutes you are worth it and much more. All I can tell you from here is these beans make a cup of home brew that I like. It might not be your cup and it is a large bag to take a chance on but if your coffee regimen wants a change this could be a nice addition to the rotation or become your daily driver. I've not been displeased with the results. Good luck and enjoy.
4.0 out of 5 stars So good
I absolutely love these coffee beans! They are smooth, fresh and so flavorful. The perfect blend!! My only complaint is the price. It went up $5.00 since I originally started buying. I have switched to something else, due to the price witch is very unfortunate because nothing tastes as good. Just to expensive now
5.0 out of 5 stars Smooth and Delishes
I’ve tried other brands before and always felt the acidity after effects, But this brand of Espresso is by far the smoothest and its bold taste by far my favorite! The best buy for my money, and I always buy 3-4 bags at a time. I place 2 scoops of Espresso, and 2 scoops of the regular dark roast coffee beans together in the grinder and into the coffee maker, and always makes the best first cup of the morning.🥰
5.0 out of 5 stars My go to coffee after trying many different beans
The Lavazza Expresso beans provide excellent coffee for all drinks on my Philips coffee machine. I tried at least a dozen other coffee beans when we first upgraded to a Philips coffee machine. This is the one we enjoyed on all coffee drinks. Great taste for expresso, regular coffee or any milk steamed coffee drink.

Consistent good quality and taste. Great value.
5.0 out of 5 stars Tasty Coffee
I tried this at my in-laws and decided to buy our own. The quality of the coffee is great, it's very smooth tasting and not overly powerful. I added some vanilla & oak milk to it and it was pretty yummy. The packaging was sealed properly upon arriving and beans looked good. I think the size is great and will last us awhile.
Deliciosos!
Este café es de muy buena calidad. Para mi cafetera que muele el grano, quedó fantástico!Lo recomiendo mucho!
My mom like it
She said not bad
reliable beans for espresso & more
I’ve tried many different beans incl all sorts of crafted roasts with my Breville machine. At the end I always get back to these beans. Output is always a solid espresso, also when a bit out of the perfect brewing time window due to adjustments etc.
