If you are sizing down your compression garment and the straps are killing you then I recommend to switch out for these. I had a tummy tuck and needed to wear compression garments (Fajas) for 4 months. after the first week my shoulders killed because the straps were digging in so bad. I didn't think I'd make it another week let alone months. I bought these and they were a god send! Since swapping out the straps I have no problem wearing my garments for 23/7 like I'm supposed to
