So incredibly disappointed to pay such a high price point for this product for it to arrive in soft packaging and completely smashed only to learn that I cannot receive a refund or replacement for it. A waste of money and a huge risk to attempt to reorder.

Box was squished. Crackers don't taste fresh at all. For the price I would not recommend. The barbecue doesn't taste like barbecue.

Crackers are not packaged thoughtfully. The boxes aren’t strong enough. Will try doubling the order and halving the frequency to see if packaging improves.

Toujours aussi bon . Le problème c'est que c'est très mal emballé. On les envoie dans une enveloppe où ce n'est pas inscrit FRAGILE. C'est bon mais ça arrive en miette. C'est très cher et c'est mal emballé. D'où je viens ça vaut 4$ ici ça vaut 20$. L'emballage devrait être en or mais non c'est un horrible emballage qui ne protège pas le produit c'est une honte
