I was worried I would regret buying such a basic baby monitor. I am so glad I didn't waste my money on an expensive video monitor I didn't need. My baby is 7 months old now and we have used this monitor since she was born. This receivers are indestructible. I have dropped them off every surface in our house including down our wood stairs. They still look brand new and don't have a single scratch. The battery life is insanely long. I love having 2 receivers so my husband and I can both hear baby when we are in different rooms. They have clips on the back like walkie talkies so I can clip them to my clothes when I am walking around the house doing chores. The audio quality is great and I hear every noise baby makes! You won't regret this purchase!! Best value for your money hands down!

I've been really happy with this set of one base station and two parent units. You get three AC adapters, one for the base (which cannot use batteries) and one for each parent unit. The sound is very clear, and there's no static thanks to it using a 6.0ghz DECT digital signal. The units will alert you if they lose connection with the base station so that you know you can't hear your baby. Very simple no-frills operation. That being said there are a couple of downsides:1. The form factor is awful. The parent units being shaped like an egg, tip over very easily especially if they have the cord plugged into them.2. The parent units each use two AAA batteries. When reading other reviews, I saw others complaining that they drain batteries very fast when unplugged. This is an under statement. It seems like 2-3 hours off the charger and the low battery light starts flashing and the unit beeps. I'm using 800mah Ni-MH rechargable batteries that I bought for these units. If I were using disposable batteries, I would be really upset with how fast they were being drained. But being prepared for this and having rechargeable its not a huge problem (just having to swap daily).The high frequency digital signal is nice because it would be extremely difficult if not impossible for someone to eavesdrop on the units with any type of consumer equipment, unlike the old analog monitors where you could tap in easily with a scanner.All in all a good unit, if you can overlook the terrible battery life and crappy form factor. I might try to order extra ac adapters for the spots that I move to around the house so I can rely on batteries less.

This baby monitor is pretty awesome for being among the cheapest available on Bolo. The sound quality is reasonably clear, and the range is pretty impressive- I can hear my baby all the way across my 1800 sqft house. In fact, the signal only starts to break up as I am standing at my mailbox at the end of my driveway, which is ~100ft away from the base unit with 6 walls in between.There is also a white noise filter that tries to cancel out any repetitive background noise. We have a white noise generator running in the nursery and we only hear it over the monitor when it is set to a slightly arrhythmic pattern, like ocean waves.The one complaint I have for this monitor is that it decimates batteries. Brand new batteries will give you ~8 hours of use in the parent unit before the low battery light comes on. I purchased four rechargeable batteries and alternate them in the monitor, which works out fine. The unit does not seem to recharge the batteries while it is plugged in, which is a shame.This review is after two weeks of use, I will update if they start acting up.

We have two of the single parent units and I wish we had found these originally. Haven’t tested the battery life, but the single units drain quickly. Currently none of our units have batteries as we just leave them plugged in. This makes things so easy though if you spend a lot of time in another room of your home you can keep one unit in your bedroom and the other unit in the frequently visited area of your home and easily hear the baby. My home is a ranch-style 2000+ sqft house and we have a monitor in our bedroom and another in the playroom that is just off the living room and kitchen. I have the volume set to the highest in the playroom so I can hear the baby over the sounds of washing dishes. In our bedroom I have it set to the lowest volume because our one month old is very loud and can easily be heard at that level. With our first two babies, they cried so quietly that we had the volume up higher and it was a few weeks before their little voices were this strong. With this unit, you don’t have to constantly unplug your primary bedroom unit and you can use the second one. If you choose not to use the second unit, it does not seem to affect anything to power it off. When we have guests in our playroom, I just unplug that second unit and have no issues.

I was just looking for a simple baby monitor for when my little one is sleeping and I want to get things done around the house. I needed something inexpensive but still good quality. This has great range and audio quality! I like that it can stay plugged in or go mobile with you. It clips easily to your clothes and is lightweight enough to not pull on them awkwardly. I definitely recommend this if you're just looking for a sound only baby monitor.

This monitor works fine, but is very quiet compared to the one we got for our first kid. The microphone on this unit is way less sensitive, so we really only hear if our baby is crying - not if she's babbling or restless at night.
Batteries don’t last
We purchased this item in late March. Within 2 months the batteries on both handheld units are garbage and they have to be plugged in at all times.

Opened box, and on day 1 the baby monitor unit is not turning on
The media could not be loaded. Opened box, and on day 1 the baby monitor unit is not turning on and not working. There is no warranty or support details as well. This is most expensive product in their category and disappointing to see this. 😥😥

I received a defective product
I am disappointed,I tried 3 hrs with every possible scenario to connect these devicesbut I failed and gave up,but no issues,the seller approved the refund instantly
