This is what some in United States call blackstrap molasses. It arrived in good condition. I got it to make my version of caramel popcorn.

This is bona fide, authentic British Black Treacle. I think the closest comparison I could make would be to American molasses, but it's even thicker, stronger, and (for my taste) just slightly different. If you have a recipe that calls for it, I recommend that you buy it and discover it for yourself.

Purchased treacle syrup. Can arrived with syrup leaking from the seam is of the can. The item is nonreturnable and I not going to use it for safety reasons

The can that I purchased had an "expired by" date of February 2024 with clear directions to dispose if past this date. I purchased and received this item in October 2024. The Bolo order info stated returns are not available.
