I wanted to make bran muffins. At my local store there were a number of bran cereals but they all were of a flake form. Real bran muffins require the original cereal. We are lucky to have Bolo.

The flavor was flat and not as crisp as I remember. I haven't used in some time. I liked itfor extra fiber for breakfast.....the price is twice what I used to pay. I'm going to mix with another cereal.

Nothing to dislike about this product.
Very sweet aftertaste
It has a sweet aftertaste that I can’t get rid of even after brushing my teeth. It does taste great with milk. It can be a bit dry to eat just by itself. It also helps with passing stool as it has a lot of fiber. Overall, a healthy cereal.

It is an easy way to get one's daily fiber andit is so good in Bran Muffins especially withraisins (or currants, my preference) and somemolasses.
