This oil is a very hydrating oil. It is 100% sesame seed oil without any added scent or preservatives. The scent is very delicate and safe to use on the face. With continued use it has reduced my fine lines and wrinkles. Leaves my skin well hydrated and soft. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality and will continue using it. The small bottle will most likely last me for 6 months or longer.

A month ago, I started using sesame seed oil daily, instead of my body lotion. It's so lightweight and moisturizing. My skin never feels greasy. And I'm moisturized all day. It absorbs into my skin quickly. My skin has never felt so soft. Today, I tried it on my face instead of my usual moisturizer and I instantly liked the feel of it. My face isn't shiny at all. And my face doesn't feel like it's already getting dry again (like it does with my moisturizer}. From now on, sesame seed oil will be the only thing I use to moisturize my face and body.

I recently started adding sesame oil to my olive oil. Together, it’s a good blend for both cooking, flavoring and skin and hair. I’ve read some studies that sesame oil, taken a few tablespoons per day, or in cooking and salad dressings, can lower one’s blood pressure noticeably. That’s my main goal.I also have digestive pain at times and this could help. Sure, at first sip, I notice a bitter taste, but that passes. It’s also a good carrier oil for essential oils.Every natural product of this kind, with sound research and promising results, is an adventure for me! I look forward to using this fine oil more and more.WORD OF CAUTION. This oil can lower blood pressure and thin the blood. So if you’re on blood-thinning medications or an anticoagulant, use this oil cautiously, and have your doctor give you directions as to how much and how often.
