As most users soon realize -- Stevia is a variable product. Some powder and liquid forms have an unpleasant (bitter) back-taste. This product has barely any side-tastes and offers excellent sweetening to any dish. Quality counts!

When I started using this in my pastries, I wasn't sure how it would turn out. I tried it in a batch of brownies adjusting the amount carefully and was surprised by how well it blended with the other ingredients. The sweetness was just right, and it didn't affect the texture at all. Now I use it for cakes and even pancakes and everything tastes great without the extra sugar.

I've been using this liquid stevia to sweeten my morning coffee, and it does the job without any aftertaste, which I like.Initially I used to have jaggery but it again had calories to it so that is why I bought this sweetener. Just a few drops are enough, so it lasts a long time. It's a simple switch for someone like me who is looking to cut down on sugar.

Update (from my April 2022 purchase experience): I've ordered this liquid stevia sweetener from Natrisweet multiple times since early 2021. Before it was as I mentioned below, it had a good, non-chemical sweet taste and I was able to add it to most beverages and enjoy it. Until now. I am sick of getting products for months or years and one day finding they are no longer the same. Whatever they've done, this liquid sweetener is no longer sweet. It is flat and flavorless, like adding water to everything. It doesn't change the flavor at all. Pointless. I was concerned when I started to notice others mention how it seemed watered down and hoped that wasn't going to be the case. Alas, it is true. So glad I didn't waste money on 2. Usually, I get them in pairs. Won't order again until I see a noteworthy return to better quality standards. So disappointed. This was my affordable alternative. Now it's just garbage.I've tried both Keto & Intermittent Fasting (IF). These sorts of diets require keeping one's sugar spikes low/steady in order to maintain or lose weight. I prefer IF. This means if I have morning coffee or tea, I need to forgo sweetener or use one that will not break my fast. I've used other brands of liquid stevia, but they are ridiculously expensive and they love to alter the formula frequently. I decided to give this a try based on the reviews and price point. I'm disappointed there is only one review out of several hundred mentioning keto or fasting. The flavor is in par with most other liquid stevias I've tried. Can't say for sure if it is legit in terms of not spiking my blood sugar during my fasting period. Only time will tell. Also, the dispenser is crap. Great for shipping and containment, lousy for dolling out the product. I transferred some of it into a smaller dropper bottle for easier use and calculated dropping. You do not get a true 8oz. Per another review, I too agree. I think it is closer to 7oz. It was an inch shy from the top of the unopened (new, sealed) container, not completely full. I'm hoping this doesn't actually break my fast else I'm going to be pretty humped and it'll be a complete waste of money and time. Fingers crossed. I will update if/when I can make a clear determination on the impact to my fasting period.Update***SizeI've since ordered my second bottle (the redesigned packaging version). Immediately after receiving, I dispensed the 8ozs of product into two separate 4oz dropper bottles. It topped both off and then some. So I feel confident they've addressed the inconsistencies with the number of oz in the bottle. The dispenser is still abysmal. Hence, why I transfer everything into dropper bottles.TasteI've grown to become used to the taste. Though it wasn't an issue before. It tasted similar to other brands of liquid stevia I've used.GI Impact/Breaking a FastThrough some trial and error - using this regularly - I feel pretty confident (assuming they don't change the formula later) this isn't breaking my fast when I use it in my morning coffee. Just coffee, this, and nothing else. I bought this because it was a 'better deal' per ounce than the other formulations on the market, and I hoped it would be suitable. So far, I'm pleased. No alcohol in the mix, sweet enough, and doesn't seem to interfere with my fasting phase.

The taste is mild and not as sweet as the powder form. You have to use much more than drops... It is better for our bodies though.

This is a convenient, portable way to add Stevia sweetener to food and especially beverages, a much-healthier alternative to fructose, as well as artificial sweeteners of other types. The ingredient profile is very basic; there are no hidden sweeteners of other types, and so it is ideal for keto in my experience. The only ingredients listed are 1 basic (potassium-based) preservative, and citric acid. This helps the flavor, as some higher-priced and bigger-brand liquid stevia products tend to have a 'licorice' flavor to them...adding other sugar-based sweeteners or other artificial sweeteners defeats the whole purpose of stevia as an alternative, and this product doesn't do that, so it's the real deal! 3.0 out of 5 stars Seal was not fully attached, requires more than 4 drops
When I opened it the first time to remove the seal, the seal detached from the bottle with the lid. Did not stay stuck to the rim as I would expect it to.It also seems diluted. 4 drops no where near enough to make a noticeable sweetness. Requires 20-30 drops to equal just one packet of powdered stevia

Parece que este producto está diluido. He usado Stevia por unos 8 años y es la peor que he comprado, debo usar 4 veces mas producto para endulzar como con otros productos. Resultará 4 veces mas cara que otros. Debí haber comprado cualquiera de las otras marcas que conozco. Compré esta marca por precio y lo barato sale caro.
