When I bit into one of the bars, I was surprised at how light and flakey it was, not dense and chewy like other protein bars I’ve tried. It was like biting into a mint KitKat. I’m not usually a mint chocolate type of person, but I figured if I put them in the fridge they would be tolerable cold, but I don’t need to do that. The cold actually takes away from the flavor a little I think. I went searching for other flavors since the mint was so good. I love almost anything salted caramel, so was very happy that was one of the flavors and have it and three other flavors on my list for future order. I’ve recently started a 12:12 fast and this is perfect with a cup of hot tea with milk at the end of my fast. I don’t feel hungry or have cravings hours after my fast when I eat one of these and it helps me extend the fast a little longer.

I’ve been advised to get bars with more protein and less sugar. But, these are great! They taste really good! They don’t have sugar alcohol! So, there is none of the usual protein bar aftertaste. They will definitely satisfy a craving for cookies or candy bars. A good source of energy and protein for a snack. If they fit your eating plan and you like chocolate mint (like I do) you’ll enjoy these.

I’ve eaten a lot of protein bars over the years. Love these because they are tasty, easy to eat, and provide a great source of protein. Great for pre and post workout.

I dislike protein bars and these are the only ones I’ll eat. They do taste better if you freeze them. Only in the sense that the outer shell melts extremely easily otherwise. Still tastes good melty but better texture wise cold. I’ve bought two packages separately and all have been lovely. Not over powering mint. The red velvet is surprisingly good as well. I do not like red velvet as a rule of thumb. I’m assuming I’d like more but those are the two I’ve had so far.

Wow these are sooooo good. Very filling and no after taste. I got this during Black Friday so I only paid $12 but now the price has increased by $5 but I still think they're worth it.

This is my favorite flavor of these delicious meal replacement bars and I heartily recommend them for that reason. Because they are so delivious, and are "bars" I tended to forget that they are not, however, sugar free, so may not be the best for folks who need to avoid sugar entirely.
Bitter aftertaste
It’s quite tasty but there is a strange bitter aftertaste. Would not repurchase but may try other flavours in the future.
