I bought the Women's kind (same brand) and then I bought these for my husband since he needs to take A vitamin daily. These are one a day .. happy about that since they are truly a "horse" pill kind . Aka= huge pill...I cut mine in half but not him.. ha! I checked the main brand kind of vitamins that I use to take and these actually seem to have a larger mg in most of the ingredients. So, since it's 1 a day pill and cheaper and higher mg's I am sticking to this brand.. cheaper too, which this time in age, that's always a plus. Took a bit to get shipped (more than 14 days) but worth the wait. We are taking them daily faithfully... I actually have been taking them longer than hubby has, and I must of been low on something in it? I feel better daily .. nicely packed in it's own box. Expiration way ahead of the days I'm taking them. I will order these again.
