5.0 out of 5 stars Meets my expectations
Pros: It breaks easily into 1/3 pieces which seems to be about the equivalent of an entire stick of the commercial brand of cinnamon.Cons: It has a milder smell and flavor of store-bought cinnamon, but I'm ok with that.I put a 1/3 stick in my cup of coffee every morning to help lower my blood pressure. In the summer, I use it to make my own pickling spice for canning sweet pickles. During the fall I use it to make sweet potato and pumpkin dishes and during the winter, I use it to make my own spice for German Gluehwein.
5.0 out of 5 stars Love it!
It's not spicy like the cassia cinnamon but it's bold! I love that it breaks easily so I can steep it. But I have to say this a nice cup of cinnamon tea, a well rounded bold but not overly bold flavor. Very refreshing. First time trying this ceylon cinnamon.

5.0 out of 5 stars Sooo good!
I was initially hesitant to buy this cinnamon due to the mixed reviews, but I'm so glad I did! It's important to note that this is not the typical cinnamon we're used to in the United States. It looks and smells different. After reading about the differences between Cassia and Ceylon cinnamon, I decided to give it a try, and I'm thrilled with the result! This cinnamon is much less overpowering than regular cinnamon and enhances the dish without overwhelming it.
4.0 out of 5 stars Good product
Very good strong flavor. Sticks are complete not broken pieces like other brands. A little bit pricey.
5.0 out of 5 stars Ceylon is the Most Healthy Choice - But Taste Like Tree Bark
Per scientific evidence, Ceylon is the healthier choice between the two different types of cinnamons. However, whenever I desire a true cinnamon taste, I find that Cassia cinnamon sticks are more tasteful and robust than Ceylon. As you know, I must be truthful - I give this cinnamon 5 stars because of its health benefit and not because of its taste because in truth, this cinnamon taste like tree bark with little or no taste. So, whenever I want the true taste of cinnamon, I use Cassia sparingly because after all, humankind must have some enjoyment while we travel mother earth. Be safe, be happy, and most of all enjoy your journey.

Happy with it.
5.0 out of 5 stars Lots of aromatic cinnamon sticks
I am so happy with this cinnamon. I have been making tea with it, along with oranges, ginger and honey and its health benefits are great! This particular cinnamon (Ceylon) is not your everyday cinnamon. It’s a little different taste, but oh so good, and good for you, too!
