Used a gallon of white to paint over the seams of the roof of my enclosed trailer and its edges as the existing caulk had worn away. Some areas were much cleaner than others but the Flex Seal liquid adhered much the same. Permanently fixed some phantom leak spots I could never find!Will use again for several other projects needing protection and waterproofing.

I covered my chimney with this in Sept 2022. It still looks and feels absolutely beautiful. The layer is still soft and supple but completely intact all over the brick surface. It looks stunning too.

Used 3.5 gal to cover my 35ft RV roof.....fantastic, easy to use, and so far, looks great!Just bought a little more just to keep on hand....great stuff :)Just make sure your surface is clean + DRY b4 application....give it at least 24hr to cure

I bought the gallon size. It arrived packaged very well, secured top and bottom with Styrofoam in its own box which was placed in a larger box. The lid was secured with 4 clips to keep the lid on, though I was able to remove those clips with my fingers. It is quite thick. Not like putty but more like a very thick molasses. It will pour but you'll need to spread it out. It will self-level somewhat. I applied this in full sun in the 80s, and it seemed to cure in just a few hours. There is a lot of fumes that comes off this, so excellent ventilation is needed. A smooth substrate will need to be sanded to allow it to stick well to a smooth surface. I had no problem. Directions say that it cannot be painted or accept other coverings, but from a YouTube video, Flex Paste will adhere very well to it and Flex Paste can take other coverings like paint and such. The can re-seals well, and I'm confident that it can be stored for a long time in a closed can and still be usable. This is a good product that can seal many problem areas.

Years ago I dug out by hand one side of my home foundation and sealed it. I filled back in with gravel. Still leaked. I tried sealing from inside after, about 25 years ago with no luck. I used Flex Seal Liquid & problem solved! I now have my basement back.

Don’t believe everything you see on TV.Unfortunately, I had bought a Jon boat, with a few leaks. It previously had flex seal down that was just dumped in, which began to chip. I believed that the last flex seal was not properly used. I ripped the old flex seal off and sanded the boat down.Then after the boat was sanded down I added some new flex seal. I painted the flex seal on with two layers and added spray can flex seal on top. We took the boat out and not even 30mins into the water, the boat began to leak again and chipped and peeled. I gave this product one star for easy application, but this product is a scam. It’s funny how this brand claims to “fix leaks” and yet this is the second opportunity given and has yet failed once again.
