I’m on my 3rd tub of this stuff! I decided to try it after seeing so many ads on TikTok for Kiala. I didn’t want to spend $30+ for greens powder, and that’s when I found this. BONUS: it’s covered by EBT!I’ve tried it plain in water, and it’s not bad. Has a slightly spiced flavor, kind of like cinnamon? It reminds me of this brands’ protein powder! It’s not horrible, but it does taste a little gritty and settles if you let it sit. I discovered the best way to drink it:• 1 scoop of this• 1 scoop of Arizona Arnold Palmer mix (half lemonade, half iced tea flavor)• 1 scoop of my collagen powder• 12-16 oz water & a few ice cubes• Mix in a shaker cup & Enjoy!Sometimes I make it first thing in the morning with freshly squeezed lemon juice, turmeric, and black pepper. Or I add some protein powder and make it a thicker, sweeter smoothie. It’s VERY versatile since it’s unflavored! Can be sweet, savory, spicy, whatever.It helps my energy and a little bit of my bloating! I take a constipating medication daily, so I need help in that area. I didn’t see relief at first, but by the second week I was finally more regular! Still have hormonal bloat from PCOS & endometriosis, but it’s not as bad. I absolutely love the kick of energy I get from it, and feel like I’m a better Mom to my 5 year old!COMPARISONS:• I tried Bloom & hated the taste. Only made one drink and gave it away.• Finally tried Kiala, Tropical flavor. YUCK YUCK YUCK! It’s so artificially sweet, and the grit is horrible. I can barely drink it, and I certainly can’t add anything to it because it’s already flavored (strongly). The only good thing about Kiala is that I’m running to the bathroom about 20 mins after I chug it. It really does a good job with my bloating. If Kiala made an unflavored product, I’d prefer it. Oh, and I hate the “Kiala burps” I get for hours after. Like tropical spinach heartburn….Try this if you want the flexibility of creating your own flavored greens drink and lots of energy! 🤗

Tastes like cinnamon which is not what I was looking for. Otherwise is quite palatable and appears to be good quality.

The cinnamon, which is included for its extremely beneficial properties, also makes it taste great with no added sugar. So many of the supergreens powders are just nasty tasting. Also, I love the 7 grams of fiber. I don't get enough fiber in my diet through the foods I eat. My nutritionist says that 8-10 g of fiber three times a day is ideal. Using Orgain Superfoods Powder once to twice a day is a delicious and easy way to keep my digestive tract healthy. I've read, and been told by my doctors, that healthy guts have a higher impact on our immune systems than Vitamin C + Vitamin D. They're all important. But if you aren't paying attention to your gut health, you aren't paying attention to your health. I've tried multiple greens powders over the years, and this is by far the best. I just feel better when I use it consistently.
